Remove all food and personal belongings. Place all trash in the outdoor garbage containers. Turn off lights, fans, and small appliances. Set each room's thermostat to 78°F in summer or 68°F in winter.
Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked. Return any moved furniture to its original location. Extinguish the firepit completely if used. Clean and cover the BBQ grill if cooled & used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When smoking outside discard your butts or debris in outside trash container.
Do not leave your dog in the yard unattended for any length of time.
Do not allow your dogs to chew on any furniture or toys that are not theirs.

The place is very clean and cute. Super quiet perfect to have a nice rest in the evening! Fenced garden is also great for dogs . Wish I had more time to enjoy the fire pit and grill. Sherry is the sweetest host, always in communication and prompt responses. Highly recommend.

We could not have asked for a better experience! We commented that Sherry must have written the book for VRBO hosting. Everything that we needed was provided and even things we did not know we might need. Our two dogs were with us and the fenced yard was a plus for us! We enjoyed sitting outside on one of the three porches as the weather was great. The house was clean, linens fresh, and just felt so inviting. It was a home away from home, and we treated it as such.

Such a lovely home, very spacious, with 3 adorable porches! This is probably the cleanest vrbo that we have ever stayed in. The host was fabulous to communicate with. And don't get me started on the incredible garden! Wish we could have stayed longer.
