Roomy House on 2 private acres above the cliffs at Summersville Lake
Bring the whole family or all your friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. Situated above the Orange Oswald cliff at Summersville lake, this house is the perfect stay with it's easy access to the lake.
This is a spacious home on 2 private acres to accommodate larger groups. Big flat cleared yard space surrounded by serene woods. Very peaceful and quiet, on a dead end road, yet only a 5 minute drive to town or the lake. Ample parking for everyone with a circular drive to facilitate boat trailer parking and turning (we've even hosted guests with 6 bass boats at the same time here!)
Guests have access to the entire property, including three porches and a smokeless fire pit.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all dishes, leave in drying rack if needed.
Place all garbage in the large black bags found under sink, and make sure they all go into the outside trash cans to prevent rodents from making a mess.
Set thermostat to 76 in summer or 60 in winter. Turn off all lights and return all things where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Arielle and Chaz are an American couple who enjoyed many traveling experiences throughout the US and other countries. Originally from Washington State and Pennsylvania, we've now settled down to start our family at the beautiful New River Gorge and Summersville Lake area. We've seen a lot of places, but we love this one for so many reasons, and its the one that kept us coming back year after year. We're excited to share it with you!

We chose this neighborhood because of the serene privacy along with proximity to the lake. It was all about the location for us, being right above the cliffline.
