The apartment is situated in the heart of Flic en Flac, a very popular beach resort area located on the West coast of Mauritius.
Fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, washing machine and cooking utensils. Partly air conditioned, in bedrooms or and the lounge area, all other rooms have fans.

The rates include housekeeping service 3 times a week excluding public holidays.
The complex of Flic en Flac has all the facilities required at nearby walking distances such as banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, discotheques, restaurants, casino, boutiques and much more. The beach is one of the most beautiful on the island, boasting a transparent blue lagoon with the most incredible and romantic sunset. Each complex has its own leisure facilities and 24hr security service. This complex has 45 apartments with a magnificent swimming pool in the centre.

Le Dattier Apartment

We had a lovely friendly greeting from Liseby, despite us being very late at the property due to a flight delay.The apartment was well equipped, spacious and in a perfect position for walking to the beach at Flic en Flac.We loved the spacious balcony overlooking the pool. A quiet, lovely location with good security.Thanks again to Lisaby the charming, helpful host.

Perfect apartment

The apartment was perfect. Stayed for a month and the apartment had a good kitchen with all necessary appliances. The grounds were lovely and a nice size pool. Only two blocks from the ocean. Would recommend this apartment in Flic en Flac.

great location

great pool and location. our only problem is no air con in living room and we picked the hottest part of the year. To be fair we look and called around to other places and95% of properties do not have AC in living room. Owner in in process of installing.

PremiĂšre fois Ă  l’üle Maurice et nous avons hĂąte de revenir. Liseby la sƓur du propriĂ©taire nous a trĂšs bien accueilli et nous avons Ă©tĂ© tout de suite Ă  l’aise dans ce belle appartement dans une rĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©e avec une grande piscine et un beau jardin. La plage est Ă  5 min Ă  pied et un petit centre commercial Ă  2 min Ă  pied. On a eu du beau temps entre 20 et 26‱c . N’hĂ©sitez pas je vous recommande cette location .

Great stay

We had a great stay here. The apartment is clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. There is a nice big pool. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Great host and very responsive.

super appartement

magnifique appartement ensoleillé , soleil levant le matin soleil couchant du cote de la terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. trÚs belle décoration , superbes salle de bain. Tout le confort était là. Un grand merci a Marie Christine et son fils Yannis, 2 personnes charmantes et attentionnées, aux petits soins, trÚs réactives en cas de besoin , sans oublier Angélo qui nous a contacté lors du passage du cyclone pour prendre des nouvelles. Lappartement est situé prés des commerces et des restaurants.a quelques minutes de la plage. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Encore un grand merci a tous les trois.

SĂ©jour parfait en famille

La résidence est idéalement située: prÚs du centre, mais au calme. La piscine et le cadre sont trÚs agréables. L'appartement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et propre, conforme à la description. Le contact avec Marie-Christine et Yannis a été excellent: ils se sont montrés accueillants, plein de bons conseils, disponibles, réactifs et trÚs flexibles. Je recommande sans hésitation!

Excellente situation géographique

Résidence trÚs bien entretenue, jardin, piscine. Tout est à 2 pas, la plage, les commerces, les services. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et trÚs bien aménagé. Le propriétaire est accueillant et trÚs réactif lorsque survient un problÚme domestique au cours de nos 2 mois de séjour Tout a été parfait, nous prévoyons un nouveau séjour l'hiver prochain !

Un charmant logement Ă  Maurice

L’appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel et bien Ă©quipĂ©. La dĂ©coration est trĂšs jolie et adaptĂ©e pour le bord de mer. La propretĂ© est irrĂ©prochable et la femme de mĂ©nage qui passe plusieurs fois trĂšs attentionnĂ©e. Une citerne vient pallier les Ă©ventuelles coupures d’eau ce qui permet de ne pas les remarquer. La piscine et la copropriĂ©tĂ© sont bien entretenus, le jardin est magnifique. Localisation idĂ©ale sur Flic En Flac Ă  5 minutes Ă  pieds (avec enfants) de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Flic En Flac est situĂ© sur la cĂŽte au centre ce qui permet de visiter rapidement les sites emblĂ©matiques de l’üle Maurice. Nous remercions Angelo le propriĂ©taire et Marie Christine pour leur gentillesse et leur sollicitude du premier contact au dĂ©part, cela nous a beaucoup touchĂ©.

Very nice stay!

Everything we needed was in the apartment. Comfortable beds. Good WiFi and AC. Great balcony with nice view of the pool area. The area is self is green and tropical. We have had a great contact with Christine and Angelo and they have an amazing hospitality. Would highly recommend this rental apartment. Hope to come back one day. Greetings from Carina & Tony

Autumn holiday

We would really recommend this lovely apartment. Itˋs away from noisy bars but close to a lot off restaurants. Thereˋs also a nice supermarket nearby where you could buy freshbaked bread in the morning. Angelos sister met us when we arrived. Superbe sejour

Un magnifique séjour a maurice . Nous sommes partis avec nos 3 enfants et avons passé un super séjour tres bon accueil en arrivant. Ménage fait tous les 3 jours. L appartement est tres Confortable et bien situé proche de la plage des commerces des arrets de bus ou des locations de voiture. A refaire sans aucun doute

séjour détente au Dattier

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi ce logement au dattier à Flic en Flac. Le proprétaire a dit vrai: à 3 mn du supermarché Spar et 5 mn à pied d'une plage idyllique avec filaos et plongée avec masque et tuba. L'appartement est spacieux et confortable et nos jeunes ont adoré la piscine. Quoi de + agréable que prendre son petit dej sur la terrasse, protégés par les cocotiers et avec un mandarin qui vient picorer les miettes!
