I really liked the complex and location, but we found the kitchen could do with better stock of essentials such as salt and oil. They were very responsive to all enquirers.

Great location

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Home worked well for our friend group - lots of space and close to amenities and the close to beach! Lots of great restaurants to explore. Sunsets on the beach were stunning!

Great Location

The house is in a secure and quiet development, close to shops and restaurants and over the road from the beach. Contact with the owner was great prior to the stay and Gerry met us to check us in and out and was very friendly and helpful. The house itself could do with some modernisation and touches. For example the downstairs bedroom air con unit wasn't working and there wasn't anywhere in that room to hang clothes, no mirror, and one plug. There seemed to be a lack of plugs in the property and the air con in an upstairs room didn't work either. The toaster in the kitchen needs replacing as it was hard to get it to work. There needs to be more plates, bowls, glasses etc for a large family staying there. The tv isn't in a great position as you're not able to all view it from the couch. The outdoor areas were nice and it has the benefit of a washing machine and two pools very close by.

Flic en flac - Gold Coast

Gute Lage, tolles Haus fĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt mit Kindern. Pools wurden immer gereinigt, der Hausverwalter hat sich bei Problemen sofort gekĂŒmmert und sie behoben. Nur die Terrassen waren aufgrund der Moskitos nicht gut nutzbar aber es gibt drum herum genug Möglichkeiten sich draußen aufzuhalten :-)

Rien à redire ! Hote parfait Maison parfaite... Je suis vraiment content de ces differentes maisons que j ai habitées dans ce complexe. Frederic a été tres arrangeant et a trouvé des solutions à tous mes problemes de planning. Super rapport qualité-prix à Flic en Flac... J ai fait de nombreuses autres locations à Flic en Flac, la residence Gold Coast est de loin la mieux placée de toutes les residences à Flic en Flac : 1mn de la mer 1mn du supermarché Spar (bon les caissiÚres ne sont pas sympas, on ne dirait pas des mauriciennes...petit bemol pour elles !) 1mn des restaurants qui sont top... du coup pas besoin de faire la cuisine !!! Des vacances, des vraies... meme si j y etais pour le boulot en partie.. c est clair que je reviendrais les yeux fermés...

Maison fonctionnelle et bien placée

Peu de charme pour cette maison au cƓur d'un lotissement mais assez vaste pour une grande famille ou un groupe, pratique et proche de la plage. les deux terrasses sont apprĂ©ciables. La propretĂ© laisse un peu Ă  dĂ©sirer (canapĂ© tachĂ©, sol pas lavĂ©) et ça ne couterait rien de laisser l'Ă©picerie des locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents pour dĂ©marrer, il a fallu tout acheter en arrivant. Saison creuse donc toutes les maisons aux alentours Ă©taient vides mais l'endroit doit ĂȘtre bruyant quand tous les voisins sont lĂ . Piscine trĂšs trĂšs sale, personne ne l'utilise.

Fantastic !

Superb location. Walking distance to the beach, shops, bars & restaurants (all within 5 minutes), yet far enough from the main streets hence quiet. Spacious, clean and bright bungalow with ample of private living areas outdoors. Modern furniture throughout the whole bungalow and kitchen fully equipped. Frederic, the host, is very hospitable and went the extra mile to make us comfortable.
