Easter vacation

The property of Grand Pointe was great! Lo ation, cleanliness, and amenities make us want to return. The unit itself was nice and well stocked, but fixing minor things like the master bath towel hooks and replacing old balcony furniture would make it much better. Also, the floor was not as clean as I would have liked. The bottom of our bare feet were black after walking around during the evenings. A large roach was killed in the bathroom/master bedroom on our last night. We had a great vacation and grateful to have spent it in our unit.

The dryer and ice maker did not work. There were dirty towels and beds were not made when we arrived. Everything in there was very old and rusty. There was a hole in the guest bathroom that was leaking to downstairs, so we weren’t able to even use the second bathroom. They didn’t have basic things like scissors or a baking sheet. The expensive rent is not worth it fair for the property.

Needs update

Upon arrival unit is lacking. Ice maker does not work. Cooking on the stove is very hard as all the burners stick up and are crooked. Unit had previous tenants hair on bathroom floor and some linen not clean. Furniture all just mismatched like picked up from thrift store. Second bed room bed was on the floor lower (like box bring on the carpet) to make getting up off of the bed very hard. Main tv was very difficult to operate. We were expecting a nicer unit. The view however was beautiful. Would just recommend updating the furnishings.
