This is a fantastic new property.
This is a private facility with only two units that share a very nice pool in a garden setting. The outdoor area has a table, a bathroom with a shower as well as an outdoor shower. The internet signal is strong and I believe they have their backup power supply in the advent of a power failure which seems to happen often. When the power went out in the neighbourhood, it was only out in this property for less than 1 second. The facility and parking area are fenced with a remotely activated power gate. Photos for this property are minimal at the time of this post. One bedroom has a single bed and the other a double (not a queen) so it is small for two large people. Being a new unit, the owner has tried to provide all the necessary convenience. I have provided them with input on what is needed: a sofa or two comfortable chairs to watch TV. Currently, there is only a table with 4 chairs. A patio table with chairs, currently there are only two short relaxing chairs on the patio and not a table. The kitchen is adequately equipped, but there are a few things more that would help such as a small pot and small frying pan, bottle and wine cork opener. Kitchen counter space is minimal, my suggestion is to add. a table or shelf and get items such as the microwave off the counter. Perhaps many of these suggestions are done by the time you read this email.I would like to be clear: this is an excellent property at very good value and will only get better as they make improvements over t
