This luxury villa has 1 generous bedroom with Top king-sized quality mattress, lots of storage and it's own en-suite bathroom. The spacious kitchen with U.S spec appliances offers all necessary amenities to enjoy with friends and family. TV, Internet & WIFI all available. The house comes fully equipped with top-quality amenities including an osmose water filter system.

The living area is perfectly design for the tropics and it opens up to a private outside terrace with dining area (BBQ) and outdoor shower to enjoy beauties of paradise. A wonderful saltwater pool is shared for the 2 villas with all the privacy space which one deserve. The villa is surrounded by a wonderful tropical oasis. You'll see macaws, toucans, butterflies, iguanas & much more.

Few minutes away there's plenty to explore, amazing surf waves, breath-taking waterfalls, incredible beaches and all commodities.

Possibility of Airport transfer, rental bikes, private chef, private surf session, massage. Also available, a tour manager to help you organize your outdoor activities and make sure you’re not missing anything in the area.

Seaside Luxury Villa has an amazing location in wonderful Costa Rica. It is located just 10 min south of Dominical. Situated in Bahia Ballena near Pacific Ocean, Uvita. It is also 30 min from Quepos airport and 40 min from the famous Manuel Antonio beach and National Park. They are plenty of beautiful beaches, surf, rivers, waterfalls, and restaurants within a short drive. The closest beach is just a 5 min walk from the house (paid entrance to the Marino Ballena National Park). About 3.5 hours from Juan Santamaría International Airport, SJO.

Just lovely!

Marie offered us much support before and during our stay; restaurant suggestions with reservations, tour recommendations and was responsive when the other guests had broken their key in the gate door. We felt like we were in our own little oasis with the beautiful gardens. The location is close to so many things which makes it convenient and can make it noisy at times, but never too much.

Beautiful place with an adorable cat

Marie made our stay very comfortable. The property includes 3 villas with a pool and beautiful garden a short walk to the marine park with the most amazing beach we've ever been to. We were also greeted as family by Coco, the most adorable house cat who definitely thought he could trick us into feeding him in exchange for belly rubs. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice pool, close to beach

Nice shared pool with one other villa. Villa is good size and well cared for, but a bit dark inside. Nice to have washer dryer and line dry. Also nice outdoor dining table. The owner only wants the AC to run in closed door bedroom which made the living and kitchen area often too hot to use much when we were there. Grounds are well kept. The facility next door has great food, but a little noisy during the day and evening.
