Welcome to Casa Azul @ Paradise Found! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath Key West style home is the perfect, private retreat for those seeking that "Old Florida" feel. Splash around in the 40-foot lap pool, sip cocktails on the spacious patio, relax in the shaded hammock, or stroll the 7-miles of pristine beaches just minutes away. Inside, coastal decor and modern amenities await, including a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas. With serene surroundings, your dream vacation starts here.

Paradise Found is our tropical, private compound comprised of 2 private homes and a large 40-foot lap pool plus hot tub. As guests at Paradise Found, you will have access to Casa Azul, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on the property.

Located on an exclusive barrier island on the Gulf Coast known as Palm/Knight/Don Pedro Islands, Casa Azul has recently been updated and furnished to make this space your home away from home! Below is a detailed list of rooms and various amenities:

- Spacious full-sized kitchen generously equipped for all your meal prep/cooking needs (including handy small appliances: microwave, toaster oven, regular toaster, blender, Cuisinart hand mixer, electric tea kettle and an Instant Pot!); built-in ice maker in fridge. There is a designated coffee area that includes a regular coffee maker/1-cup machine, coffee grinder, and a Keurig K-Express (pods not included). A charging station for all your devices is located on the kitchen bar top.

- Dining area includes expandable table for 6+ guests. Storage cabinet holds placemats, table runner, wine opener, and other barware.

- Comfortable living area with 65" Roku TV and Bluetooth sound panel to play your own music. Reclining leather lounge chairs. Game cabinet with puzzles, cards and games galore. Acoustic guitar for the musically inclined.

- Primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and memory foam mattress, huge walk-in closet including hangers and luggage rack, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser, and hair dryer.

- Guest bedroom with a king-sized bed and memory foam mattress plus large closet including hangers and luggage rack.

- The bunk room sleeps 3 and includes 2 twin beds plus a twin trundle bed. Spacious closet with shelving.

- The workspace has a large built-in desk, task lighting and printer located in the bunk room.

- Guest bathroom with tub/shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser.

- Laundry area located in the main hallway of the home. Detergent included.

- Hall closet for bath towels, beach towels, "clean up" towels, and beach bags.

- Outdoor balcony off the kitchen and living room with view of the dock and mangroves with comfortable sectional seating, outdoor dining table and BBQ grill. Perfect place to catch the sunset!

- Ground level bonus room includes mini game table (pool, ping pong), cornhole, small bar plus beach gear (wagon, beach chairs, shark tooth sifters, boogie boards) and fishing rods.

- Patio seating on ground level next to the bonus room.

- 40-foot heated lap pool, hot tub, pool side loungers and patio tables with umbrellas. Pool gear includes noodles, basketball net, volleyball net, rafts. Please note the pool is a shared space with our other home located on the property.

- 5 bikes located on property for guest use.

- Large and lush garden area with shaded hammock.

- Private dock

THINGS TO NOTE

** Palm Island is a bridgeless, barrier island on the Gulf Coast. To access the island, guests can only arrive by private boat or transported by the island car ferry. A round-trip ticket to the island is $55/car. Guests may also purchase a book of 10 car passes for a discounted rate of $40/round trip. Ferry fees are the guest's responsibility.

** All grocery/supply stores are located on the mainland so please plan accordingly. If interested, please ask me about grocery delivery services that are available.

** There is 1 restaurant on the island called Rum Bay and is located at Palm Island Resort.

** The pool and garden at Paradise Found is a shared space between the 2 homes (Casa Azul & Casa Verde) located on the property.

** For security purposes, there 3 outdoor cameras located on the premises: stairway/entrance, driveway/patio under the house, and the pool area.
