Soaring cathedral ceilings offer a relaxing open living room environment with beautiful views right from the couch. Comfortable seating areas are provided on all the balconies, offering private, gorgeous scenery to enjoy with your morning coffee. An outdoor dining area combines the views with family meals in a relaxing secluded setting.
Launch your water adventures (kayak, paddle board, jet ski, fish) right from the large, beautiful property. Our dock extends 300 feet into Lemon Bay offering great fishing, dolphin/manatee viewing and guest dockage. The boat ramp on the property provides easy access to put in our kayaks or paddleboard or bring your own water toys. You can also enjoy the water from the balconies or dock where you will see dolphin, manatee, mullet, osprey, pelicans and other wildlife, or use our bikes to leisurely cruise the sandy streets and look for gopher tortoises, bobcats and other island life. And don't forget the beach is just a short golf cart or bike ride away, where you can enjoy miles of Florida's best beaches.
The home is equipped with a 65" TV in the large living room and master bedroom, (perfect for viewing the game or family movies), outdoor speakers, mesh Wifi, washer/dryer - everything you will need.

*How do I get to the Island?
The island is serviced by the Palm Island Transit Car Ferry located at 2000 Panama Blvd, Englewood, FL 34224
The car ferry pass is $55/car for round trip. You can buy a 10 pack of car ferry passes for $400. When you arrive to the Ferry, there will be car line that you can wait in to get onto the ferry. A ferry ticket can be purchased in the line or on the barge (no need to purchase in advance.) The first mate will tell you when to board and guide you onto the ferry. The ferry trip is usually 5-10 minutes.

*How do I rent a golf cart?
There are a number of golf cart rental options:

*Can I get groceries on Palm Island?
We recommend purchasing groceries before arriving, as there is no full-sized grocery store on the island. A Publix is located near the Palm Island Transit area. Additionally, you can use the Walmart app to order groceries and pick them up at the nearest Walmart on South McCall Rd. If you forget something or run out of staples, Coconut's, located in the Palm Island Resort, offers basic items like milk, eggs, and sunscreen.
Grocery delivery service is available through Palm Island Outfitters (941-468-6262).
*Where can I rent a boat?
You can rent boats through Abe’s Boat Rental. Abe’s boat rental is located at Cape Haze Marina, which is located directly across from our canal entrance.
*Are there restaurants on Palm Island?
Yes. There is one restaurant, Rum Bay, located in Palm Island Resort. Hours: 11:30-8:30pm daily.
*Are there any cameras on the property?
There are 3 Ring cameras on the outside of the property that capture video at the end of the dock, at the back stairs and at the front gate. There are no cameras in the interior of the house or at the pool.
