A great place in Tucson

We loved this place! It was peaceful and had the right space and amenities for me, my sons, and their friends on this trip. We were close to the sites of Tucson. We'd stay here again.

We had a short stay in Tucson and this home accommodated 7 of us. The home is in a great location. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evening. The fourth bedroom was described as having 2 doubles but it was more like 2 twin beds. It worked perfectly for us because we had a single person. We did have difficulty getting the AC unit to work but the host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Needs a full remodel. Good location

Good location. Needs full remodel pictures make property appear newer than what it was. Very dated, needs new furniture, not comfortable for adults. Rugs on floor slip and fall hazard.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your thoughts with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location—it’s one of the things guests love most about the property! We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of the home didn’t align with your expectations. Our furniture was chosen with both comfort and character in mind, and while we understand that preferences can vary, many guests have found it to be both inviting and functional. That said, we always take feedback seriously and will continue to assess how we can improve the experience for all our guests. We also appreciate your note about the rugs—we will certainly address this to ensure guest safety is never compromised. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you’ll consider visiting again in the future!

5 star hosts 3 star property

Our review is a bit mixed on the property. The hosts are fantastic. We found them to be friendly and accommodating. The property, however, could use some updating and TLC. The home was clean and the back porch was by far the most comfortable space. The living room could use more seating as could the dining area. The kitchen is quite worn out as are the bathrooms. The space suited our needs but I likely would not rent again unless the hosts (who were great) make some updates to the home.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback. We’re truly happy to hear that you found us friendly and accommodating—it was a pleasure having you as our guest! We’re also glad the home suited your needs and that you especially enjoyed the back porch—it really is a favorite spot for relaxing and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. We appreciate your comments about the home’s condition and will certainly keep your suggestions in mind as we continue to make thoughtful updates. Regarding the living and dining room seating, we’ve designed the space to balance comfort with flow, and while many guests have found it to work well for gatherings and everyday use, we completely understand that everyone has their own preferences—and your input is valuable. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience! We hope to have the chance to welcome you back in the future to an even more enjoyable stay.
