Theres a bedroom with ensuite bathroom downstairs and the backyard has a nice pool for relaxing. The neighborhood is super quiet yet you can walk to local restaurants that have both western and thai food.

Chiang Mai Adventures

The property was great and really added to the trip. The house was spacious with plenty of room for the 5 of us and room to spare. Would highly recommend.
