97% refund if canceled more than 30 days before your arrival.
50% refund up until 30 days before arrival, no refund thereafter.

A $400 refundable security deposit is required. A hold will be placed 14 days before arrival and released within 3 days of checkout if no damages or rule violations.

For everyone’s safety, all guests must complete a quick identity verification through Truvi ID Verification before check-in. This helps protect against fraud and ensures a secure stay for everyone.

Minimum stay: 2 nights on weekdays, 3 nights Thu–Sun, and 4 nights on major holidays

$500 fine for smoking or any substance inside the house.

Potential Noise:
Please be aware that due to our proximity to O'Hare Airport, you may occasionally hear the sound of airplanes flying overhead. Although our home is situated approximately 8 miles south of the airport, which helps minimize the noise, it may still be audible from time to time.

Our central location places you just minutes from downtown Elmhurst and 15 minutes from the Rosemont Entertainment and Convention District, as well as Chicago, Schaumburg, and surrounding suburbs. A Jewel-Osco grocery store is approximately 3 minutes from home, to meet all your needs.
