Comfortable two bedroom downstairs condominium

This unit is close to front pool, easy access, there is a king size bed and two twin size beds. Also a sleeper sofa. TV in living room and master bedroom. Full size washer and dryer. Make yourself at home, the unit has everything you need to unpack and enjoy your time on St. Simons Island.
Ocean Walk is really close to the village of St. Simons, great restaurants, fishing and just enjoying all this island has to offer!
All community rules must be honored. No smoking in unit or with doors open on patio. There should be no more than 1 load of towels left at departure.

We’ve stayed at ocean walk for the past 10 years. We’ve stayed at different units. This one was the most dated. The beds were uncomfortable. My kids chose to sleep on the floor in the living room instead of the beds. There were no ceiling fans to circulate air movement. In July you definitely need air movement to keep cool. We had to purchase box fans for each bedroom and living room to move air around the condo to be somewhat comfortable. The master toilet was not secured to the floor. It rocked and came up off the floor a time or two when going to stand up. The popcorn style ceiling was falling around the vents from the moisture where the ac unit was trying to cool off but wasn’t a big enough unit to keep the condo cool. The living room laminate flooring was bowing up in several places creating sharp edges and trip hazards. Each bedroom closet has very little storage for guest to use due to items from the owners or whomever had stuffed in them. Overall, we will not stay in this condo again.
