Gorgeous waterfront property! Large bright home located on Little Pea Porridge Pond. Plenty to do all year round with magnificent scenery. You can be as busy or as quiet as you want. Private beach area!

* Beach area has a deck and use of canoe and kayaks is included in Spring, Summer and Fall rentals. Beach shed has life vests and some other floating devices as well. Open only from May-October.

*Close to: North Conway Village, Storyland, Santa's Village, Clarks Trading Post, Mt. Washington, Nestlenook Farm, Madison Boulder, the scenic Kancamagus Highway and so much more!

*Close to the following ski resorts: Mt. Cranmore, King Pine, Attitash and Loon Mountain.

Things to know about the house:

- The house sleeps 14 people total MAX.
- The Main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, sleeps 10.
- Lower Apartment, SEPARATE ENTRANCE NOT CONNECTED TO MAIN HOUSE, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Sleeps an additional 4 people.
- Parking for 4 cars only. No street parking allowed, enforced by ticketing and towing.
- Non-smoking house!
- NO PETS
- NO PARTIES (If police are dispatched to property you will be fined.)
- No fireworks (Town Ordinance)
- Linens and towels not provided
- Fire pit usage on beach is seasonal (May -October), no exceptions. FIRE PERMIT IS REQUIRED (obtained through owner).
-Kayaks, Canoe and beach shed access only from May-October.
- The Town of Madison requires renters to pay $5 per trash bag going into the compactor, please bring cash or check to the transfer station. All recyclable items (plastic, glass, etc.) are at no cost and should be placed in the corresponding dump location.

Beautiful Spot not far from town

This is a beautiful little spot right on the water. Access to the beach area and boats made for a lovely stay. Great for all ages. They also have lots of sand toys for little ones. There are lots of stairs down to the beach area. Would recommend!

Fun and Relaxing family getaway

We had a wonderful time and Raul and Jennifer were fantastic and extremely responsive. We enjoyed all this house had to offer swimming, Kayaking, fishing and canoeing. Close to North Conway and there was a community market a mile down the road for quick things you may need to grab. This was the perfect getaway for our family and friends and we highly recommend it!!

Perfect for an extended family!

Wonderful stay at Eidelweiss! We had a wonderful family vacation with our adult children and our grandchildren. Having beach access was wonderful! The beds were all comfortable and the house was as described. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and shared beach toys, boats, etc. Many memories were made!!

Last minute getaway!

The owners are great - very responsive & accommodating. The house is as listed & there were no surprises. The apt downstairs is a perfect addition to the main house. We had 11 adults & plenty of space. The best part is the private beach area & the deck. They have a canoe & kayak & pedal boats available for use & we brought a few of our own too. We had plenty of space for everything to fit. Great time and we’d definitely rent again from them.

Girls Weekend

We stayed here for a girls weekend. It was magical. It sleeps 14 but it was only 5 of us (we all have children-you get it) so we literally had our own wings of the house! 3 floors, 2 separate units, tons of bedrooms, so much to do and see! Guess what? It was really hard to leave this warm and cozy house! We had plans to drive into town and have a nice dinner on Sat evening and we just couldn’t do it. Movies, fireplace and great company plus we laughed soo much and soo hard. It was much needed and well deserved :) I really loved that the unit downstairs had its own separate entrance which could come in very handy for family trips with grandparents or when traveling w those that need their own space. The main unit is HUGE and perfect if you want to spend time together in one spot. Lovely high ceilings and lots of light! Rooms are all great sizes, master bedroom is lovely and spacious w its own master bath. There is a big family dining table for meals, games (we def played a few) and just nice convo. The house was so clean, well lit and literally came with everything we needed. It was cold out and snowing but when/if we return in the summer, we hope to take advantage of the lake and the boats that come with the rental! Cannot say enough and the scenery and views?!! Forget it! Look no further. This place is a GEM!

The house is definitely dated but the deck just feet from the waters edge was nice. We did learn that the neighborhood includes bears that apparently frequent the houses so dont leave your eggs on the deck.. house only has a charcoal grill so unfortunately we had to bring our own gas grill. North conway is only 15 minutes away so it was convenient to make it to the stores for supplies. Absolutely no yard for yard games. Fortunately we had amazing hot weather so our time was spent at the waters edge. We found it a little pricey compared to other houses we've rented in the past. Traffic in the area is very heavy and people drive pretty fast so walking and biking was tough.

Madison NH Lake House

We had an excellent stay, the water was great with all the toys, floats and boats available for us to use. The location is so convenient and we loved the area. I would highly recommend this house for families that love the outdoors

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The location was great for the winter time activities around the area. We were able to utilize the pond for skating and ice fishing. We loved the space, hard to find a place with enough bedrooms for our family.

The house was dated and needed some TLC, but the views were fantastic! Close to Conway, restaurants, shopping. The owners were very responsive. Great for a large group who want to have their own areas.

New Hampshire Exploration

The property is in a great location for our visit to this part of New Hampshire. However this house is in need of some updates. The bedding and pillows were old and uncomfortable. I didn’t recall reading anywhere that you had to haul off your own trash a couple miles down the road and pay $5 per bag to drop off.

Amazing Lake House!

We enjoyed every moment at this home. The owner has the house very well equipped! The kitchen had every since appliance and everything we needed. The communication was great. We will definitely book this home again :)

This home is perfection. The pictures don’t do it justice! The pond is stunning. It’s tucked away in a nook and perfect for a family. The home is clean, spacious and had more than enough space for our very large family. 6 adults and 5 kids. Book this while you can!

Private and cozy cottage

Getting into house was easy, both levels. All descriptions perfectly accurate of house representation and pictures spot on. Rooms spacious, good vent flow and fans/heat in each room, tv access in each. Wifi no issues, connection easy to get on. Outdoor activities as described and fun area around pond to explore on kayaks and paddle boat. Plenty of other activities to do swimming in shed. Close to shopping centers and restaurants but house is more secluded feeling which is what we wanted and great neighbors around area. Saw a bear and cubes and deer from driveway. Great experience and property owners very responsive when needed them. Great family vacation from youngest to oldest in attendance.

The beach area and the kayaks provided made for a great relaxing vacation.

The property was as described. The beach area was great. We used all 6 of the bedrooms-- gave the teens their own space to relax. All of the windows are "crank out" windows and at least 3 of them did not work. That was our only issue. Other than that, we had a great time, and the property suited our needs. This property is on little pea porridge pond and you CAN kayak all the way to the big pond, but you will have to get out of the kayaks and haul them over a small beaver dam. This proved to be my 14 year old nephew's favorite part of the trip! He thought it was great fun to pull the kayak over and explore another pond. We saw and heard loons on the small pond every day. Lovely.
