Property was as advertised. Perfect for family type stays. We enjoyed the summit outlook for the beautiful daytime view and AWESOME nighttime stargazing! The closest beach is a bit small but works. Great for small kids. Kayaking and canoeing is a must.
We had four adults and four kids and this was a great location for everyone. Kids are all under 10 and the upstairs bedrooms were perfect for them. Lots of space in the rental for everyone. The fire pit was perfect and a nice secluded property. The best part was the lake access just down the road. Took the boats out on the water w the kids and they loved it. Highly recommend this rental.

Cozy cabin for a girls getaway
We do a girls trip every year. This year we decided to rent a house and we were not disappointed! The house was great. Very cozy and inviting. The porch was a big plus and used every day. The surrounding area and pond was also a nice treat. As far as the host, she was also great. Very responsive and polite. We were Very pleased with our stay. It Was a great experience.

Great place, but one big caveat
The Treehouse was great for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. You can tell the house has seen some better days, but overall it was a fun house to stay at. HOWEVER, I would caution future renters that the water heater is too small for the house. There are two showers in the house, but there is only enough hot water to have two people shower before you have to wait more than 30min before the water gets hot again. A couple people got caught in the middle of their shower waiting for the water to get hot again. Not fun.

Response from VrboOwner on 25 Mar 2020
Irving, thank you for your feedback. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response:
"Sorry to hear your stay wasn't 100% satisfactory.
I personally renovated the cabin 3 years ago with all new floors, appliances, furnace and water heater. The hardwood floors have scrapes from furniture being moved but its a cabin so not unexpected. Not sure any other parts of the house would "have seen better days" but it was built in 1977 so it definitely has character.
Around the time you rented, the new dishwasher had a manufacturers defect and flooded the kitchen. This warped the floorboards a bit. The appliance repairman accidentally tore off the front of the cabinets when he pulled out the dishwasher for servicing. I went up to the cabin a few weeks ago and fixed all the damage.
There is a brand new (1 year) average sized water heater for a 2400 sq foot house. That said, if 8 people in a row take hot showers then the water heater will run out. I do apologize but it's beyond my control.
We do hope you stay with us again and thank you for renting!"
Best, the Evolve Team
We had a great time! The house was perfect for our group. Close to the lake which was beautiful. We’ll be back for sure! Thanks John!

Amazing Stay
I am absolutely in love with the treehouse and will definitely be back! We had a great time in this beautiful home and had tons of fun in the game room. House was clean and had everything we needed!
This was my second stay in the last two years and I have to say it gets better each time. If you like a nice cozy cabin this is the place to stay. All of my guest felt comfortable and did not want to leave when it was time to depart. Next time I will be renting this cabin out in the summer to enjoy the multiple lakes within the area.

Great place
I recently just stayed at the treehouse with 4 other couples. We had a fantastic weekend. The house is perfect and centrally located to all attractions. There was ample parking and sleeping accommodations. The only negative thing I will say is that I had to wash most of the dishes that came out of the cabinets because they weren’t cleaned well. The silverware also needs to be replaced, it wasn’t dirty but it appeared to be. The property owner should also leave a bag of salt to melt the ice on the driveway. All in all, our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be returning to this property

Beautiful home in a great location
I would highly recommend booking a trip to the Treehouse! The home was clean and spacious with the charm of a rustic cabin. The open concept was great for our group of friends and we enjoyed the fire pit and game room. The home is located in the woods and close to the water but not too far from Conway so we were able to visit some restaurants and breweries. I would definitely book this home again!

Excellent year round getaway!!
I spent a long weekend in February with my family at the "Treehouse". The accommodations and location were great. The house is well maintained with plenty of room for a large group (8-10) to feel comfortable.

This house is GREAT!
The Treehouse is the perfect family getaway; close to major attractions and outlet shopping, leaf-peeping, skiing, fishing, canoeing, kayaking (nice pond right down the road) . This was our second year staying at this awesome house and we plan on making it a family tradition for years to come (so don't stop renting!).
Plenty of space for big families and a perfect space for our small family of three. The screened-in porch is a nice place to relax and listen to nature or read a book and the fire pit makes for a great gathering spot to rehash the days events and plan for the next ones.
I know I sound like a rental/sales agent, perhaps because I am one in real life, but this house is the real deal. Well-equipped, inviting and comfortable. Great job to the owners!

New Year's Escape
We had a fantastic trip over the New Year's Weekend. We have stayed in Edelweiss Village many times and this home is the loveliest we have stayed in by far. There is plenty of room for sleeping and lots of space for the kids to hang out separately from the adults which we loved! The game room/bar downstairs is adorable.
The entire home is very clean and lovingly decorated and the furniture was very comfortable. We had everything we needed make meals and all appliances were in great shape. We had a great time skiing at Cranmore and King Pine which are both a very quick drive, and in the evening we enjoyed both the outdoor fire pit as well as the wood stove. On this trip we slept 12 and we had more than enough space. We are looking forward to our next visit!
