Adorable ,cozy pool home ( pool privet for guests only ) in a high end neighborhood of Sherman oaks -Los Angeles , located close to the 101 &405 FWY ,Minutes away from Beverly Hills ,Hollywood, Universal Studios and around 40 min drive from Disneyland and fashion outlets. REMODELED BATHROOM IN NOVEMBER 2022!! 3 TVS ! New white fence last year. Call directly for insurance claims .
New floors last year. PETS UPON APPROVAL.
