Overall, we had a nice stay and the home met our basic needs, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The house is showing a bit of wear and tear, and many of the scuffed or damaged areas throughout the home could benefit from some simple touch-ups.The kitchen was also not as well stocked as we’ve experienced in some other VRBO rentals. It was missing some common appliances and utensils, and there weren’t enough plates, bowls, cups, and glasses to accommodate the number of guests the house sleeps. Outside, the property could use some routine maintenance. The landscaping would benefit from trimming, and the grill has seen better days and could use repair or replacement. One thing that stood out was that the listing photos appear to have been taken when the property was first listed. While the layout is accurate, the pictures don’t reflect the current condition of the home or the amount of normal wear that’s accumulated over time. With a little maintenance, updated photos, and better kitchen stocking, this property could provide a better guest experience.
