This is our third time staying here and it's an excellent condo. I wish the the washer and dryer were operating but that's the only issue. The apartment is beautiful and located in the perfect part of Isla verde beach!!

Large balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the beach. Unit came equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, and cart. Property included large pool, and coin operated laundry near the lobby. 24/7 security staff and electronic fob to access entrance, pool and beach made us feel secure.

Beautiful ocean view and cute patio for 4. Spent a lot of time relaxing on patio. Nicely furnished. Small kitchen with all appliances necessary for comfort. Walgreens and car rental right across street. Owners were helpful with our questions.

Great place to stay for vacation, we only had an unfortunate issue that the AC on the building broke for 3 days. It was kind of difficult to sleep at night because of the heat inside the place. I spend most of my time out so it didn’t matter much.

A great first visit to PR!

This property was right on the beach that allowed us to get daily views and walks. The kids also enjoyed the pool and the local restaurants. Staff was friendly and easy to engage. We were able to take advantage of some fantastic PR sightseeing experiences and enjoyed learning the history and connecting with the local community. We are very much looking forward to coming back in the future!

Great trip to Puerto Rico!

Had a wonderful stay in this rental. Place was very clean and great location. The view was amazing! There were a couple things that were a little out dated and needed repairs but it was ok. Any problems were addressed right away by Yary and Victor. We are going back!!

Great location

We stayed in this same building back in March. The location, beach & views are awesome. FYI, the proximity to the water takes its toll on the rental property. Just know that going in & you won’t be disappointed. When we come back again as I am sure we will we would look to stay in the same place.

Check in was a little confusing. The place was not very clean. Lots of ants. Pillows are flat as a pancake and bedrooms have no darkening shades super bright super early

The only nice thing was the balcony and the water view The stove did not work , the bathroom were dirty, the bedsheets dirty , it was not a pleasant stay ,we lost power the food got spoiled, the owner did not did anything about it , the told me they was going to give me a credit but that never happened . The key to go out to the beach didn’t work . Ext I was dying to get back home .

This rental was spacious for my family of four. The two bathrooms was a great plus. Having a parking included was convenient. The location was good. Right across from Walgreens and so many food options. We gad a wonderul time. The only thing is it could definitely use some upgrades. But i would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view, great property. Beach gear was nice to have available. Could have used more kitchen towels, wine glasses. It would be nice to have a handbook with TV tips, restaurant choices, taxis, etc.

Location is the prom queen and the apartment is your date.

The great location helps the apartment suffice but it does have some flaws. The ocean view from the 17th floor never gets old but the apartment is.
