There was a good view of the beach, but the building in front of the building obstructed a direct view. The beach was beautiful and easy access. The host was very responsive to our needs and fixed any issues that we had. The location of this property was ideal.

We had a party of 6 and needed the 2 pullouts as sleeping space. Both were broken. I mentioned this at the beginning at after a few times without acknowledgement from host. We had a fuse blow out main room AC and fan off and on for several days ,and the key that let us in and out of pool and beach was maybe 50% functional. I asked specifically and was told we would be able to keep our bags at the security desk for the hour or 2 after check out until we needed to leave for airport. This is not an option. Puerto Rico was amazing, but after mentioning all these problems to the host more than once, I never got a response, and apology, or any money back. I will not use this host again.

Hop, Skip, and a Step from Paradise

The VRBO's location, amenities, and access, were amazing. It was at a great central location that allowed us to go about our vacation casually and come back to rest and recharge. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and there were plenty of rentals available for chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc! Our hosts communicated with us regularly and responded extremely quickly. A definite 10/10 WOULD 100% RECOMMEND!

We enjoyed our stay and most enjoyed the location on the beach. The unit worked for our short trip for our gymnasts and was within a short distance to everything we needed.

Amazing 4 Day Get Away

Had a great time with my daughter and some of our friends. Property conveniently located near the airport and the beach and pool was our backyard. Different vendors on the beach selling anything and everything you need for a great beach day. Will be back next year to take a break from the cold weather here in MA.

This property was perfect for me and my family (5) adults. Everyone was comfortable. The a/c units worked perfect during the time of our stay. The location and the view of this unit was perfect. Always tricky writing these reviews, but I want to provide the next guest the most information I can. Having family in the area, I am familiar with these apartment buildings and the conditions most apartments are in, and this is no exception. The good: Right on the water, you have a slightly obstructed view of the water from this 7th floor apartment. The pool was clean and easily accessible. The beach access was a little confusing at first but we found our way. 2 beds and 2 baths helped with the ease of 4 guests. Kitchen was more than enough for us, no oven to use but there is a small toaster oven. Host provided beach towels, and 6 towels, 2 hand towels (no wash cloths). There are 3 portable a/c units, they work well but are noisy. The meh: The futon beds were very uncomfortable for the 2 people that used them. The one in the master bedroom kept falling apart. Both bathroom showers have issues with the shower heads. Dripping and not spraying correctly. The master bath door is extremely hard to close (slider door) and the hall bath door sticks to where it was difficult to exit the room. The front door needs pushed/pulled tightly to engage the lock. The parking lot gate keyfob might have needed a new battery because it rarely worked for us. The whole unit needs updated and a good cleaning. Host communication needs improvement. Texted for check out instructions and received nothing. No response to my follow up once we got back home either.

Convenient Location

The only slight drawback was the master bedroom bathroom door which was very difficult to close and probably needs to be replaced. Other than that the host was very responsive, the amenities are nice the unit was clean and the location is ideal. Would definitely stay here again!
