Oceanfront Villa just steps to beach and pools

Our private 3 bed/2 bath villa overlooks beautiful Playa Ocotal with the ocean or pool just a 1-2 minute walk from our door. This is our home for many months each year and is significantly upgraded from a "rental." Known for great snorkeling and protected from large ocean waves, Ocotal is an uncrowded “locals” black sand beach just minutes from Coco with its many shops and grocery stores. Experience authentic Costa Rica but with modern renovations including induction range, dishwasher, bidet, powered blinds, AC, cooling mister, and all you need for the perfect comfortable vacation.

Amazing condo in a perfect location

Everything about this place was great- from the accuracy of the listing to the actual place. William and Olivia are great hosts who didn’t hesitate to answer my many questions. The place is very well stocked, and the views can’t be beat. Walking distance to Ocotal beach, which is perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Simply wonderful, we would love to stay here again!

Wow! What an absolutely amazing villa with 180 degree ocean views. The home had everything we needed for a perfect vacation: spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, whole-house purified water system, and a better stocked kitchen than what we have at home. We loved the location as it was close to the pool and beach, but we had absolute privacy. We ended up spending most of our time down on the beach relaxing or snorkeling, while having meals and cocktails on the balcony looking out over the ocean and watching sunsets. On our last night we had a troop of Howler Monkeys stop by for their dinner eating flowers in the trees out front while the sun set by the island.
