New Villa in Casa de Campo in the most amazing location. This brand new 6 bedroom villa has an open concept design with a modern feel. Villa Barranca offers a beautiful pool with shaded sundeck and jacuzzi (heated), gym and sauna. Listen to your favorite music throughout multiple speakers in the villa, including gazebo, kitchen, studio and main living area. This villa has everything you need and more. MAX 18 GUESTS.

The villa includes a chef, butler, housekeeper and gardener. Available for daily personal laundry, gardening, villa maintenance. Your chef is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner (renter provides food).

This villa has everything you need to enjoy your vacations: linens, towels, soap, detergent and all kitchen supplies. Renters will be responsible for the purchase of food and beverages. We can also help with any reservations, airport transportation etc.

Dining table seats 12 with 4 extra chairs at kitchen island.

This exquisite luxury villa is in a central location. Minitas Beach Club, (7-8 minute golf cart ride), The Marina (15 minute golf cart ride) and Altos de Chavon (10 minute golf cart drive).

RESORT FEE: Not included is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of amenities (see attached photo in the listing photos for detailed description) and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.

Per person, per day current rates are:
$25/adult/day
$12/child (between the ages of 4-12 years old)
Free: children under 4 years of age

New rates starting February 1st, 2026
$30/adult/day (over 13)
$15/child/day (between the ages of 4-12 years old)
Free: children under 4 years of age

The house and property are gorgeous. Felt like we were in a jungle with trees, water features and open spaces throughout. Miguel, David, Margareth were fabulous. The food was generous and delicious. Would easily stay here again. Communication with Vanessa was best in class.

Amazing brand new villa!

My family and i have been traveling to Casa de Campo for many years and Barranca 14A really blew our expectations. From the professional staff and outstanding chef, to the cleanliness all throughout the villa. Would definitely recommend Vanessa and looking forward to our next stay at this villa! Fantastic trip!!

We had the most amazing stay at this Vrbo. Vanessa, the host, was absolutely incredible to work with and went above and beyond to help me plan an unforgettable stay. She was responsive, helpful, and truly made everything so easy for our group.Miguel, our butler, was exceptional and made us feel so taken care of the entire trip, and the chef was amazing…every meal was delicious and such a highlight of our stay. The property itself was spotless, beautiful, and perfect for a group getaway.The only minor issue was that the air conditioning took a very long time to cool the first day/night, but after that, everything was perfect and we had no other complaints. Honestly, we all didn’t want to leave.Highly recommend this property! we would absolutely stay here again!
