**** Considerations ****
This is besides a rental property, our family retreat. We enjoy it as much as we can and have worked on it throughout the years thinking of sharing it with family, friends, and new visitors, and take care of it with great enthusiasm - it was love at first sight! We have innumerable memories on it, and hope to open our doors to people who can create great memories of their own too.

* This is the reason why we open the doors to our home the best way we know, please take care of it.

* We ask for communication and comprehension if any issue arises; we will do our best and do what is in our hands to solve it the soonest. Please let us always know if you have any doubts or concern throughout your stay.

* The house has a tropical open design, intended to naturally catch the breeze. This is the reason why there are no mosquito nets nor A/C in common areas.

* Due to this aspect as well as it being surrounded by tropical gardens, salamanders and other small curious insects do also enjoy the villa (for free!). In any case, the house is frequently fumigated to avoid unwanted plagues.

* We like to think of our house as a meeting spot, that is why there are no TVs in the living room. Nevertheless, if you want to enjoy a pizza and soccer night or a Netflix rainy day, there is a TV on the terrace to make you feel at home!

* Remember that the house and pool towels shall not be taken to Minitas beach nor the hotel pool. There are purposely towels free of cost at the location to that end.

* Please be considerate with our neighbours. The villa is located in a very tranquil area surrounded by a lovely community that enjoys Casa de Campo's low pace!

* The house is provided with a washing machine and dryer. If you have delicate or fading clothings, we cannot take responsibility for any damages to them. There is a laundry service that Casa de Campo provides to this end.

* Consider that the pool and jacuzzi are not fenced. Be careful, especially when children are around and with slippery surfaces.

* Lastly, and most importantly, ENJOY!!!!! Welcome to the Caribbean, to Casa de Campo and our home. Hang around this amazing and familiar worldwide renown resort equipped with all sorts of amenities! Remember that you can be confident of its high security standards. Besides counting with the Teeth of the Dog, one of the world's best golf courses, you can also explore Altos de Chavón with its amazing views over the Chavón river, the Marina, water activities, and much more...

**** Staff and others ****
- Staff: Two people will be at your disposal for cleaning and cooking on a daily basis from 8 am to 4:45/5 pm. Any need outside their working hours can be agreed with them for an extra compensation plus covering the cost of their ride back home when applicable. We count with staff headquarters in case one of them shall sleep at the premises. Gardening and pool maintenance services are also included in the price.
- For stays of 15 or more nights, the electricity shall be paid separately upon check-out.
- Tap water is not edible; we provide a water dispenser located in the kitchen and water bottles at the disposal of guests.

***Casa de Campo registration***
As Casa de Campo is a private resort, access is restricted to Casa de Campo villa owners and their guests, as well as hotel guests. The resort registration fee is a charge which visitors who have rented villas or apartments privately must pay to gain access to Casa de Campo and use of the resort’s facilities.
- USD$25 per adult per night (adult = all persons over the age of 12 years)
- USD$12 per child per night ( child = age 4 to 12 years)
- FREE – children under the age of 4 years

House guests (friends and relatives) of villa owners do not have to pay the registration fee, though they must follow the appropriate registration procedures.

Casa de Campo grants access to beach installations, hotel pool and bar area, the Marina, Altos de Chavón, restaurants and activities (some of which fee-based).
