🔇 Rule #3: Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Guests must respect quiet hours and avoid loud noises.
Loud music is not allowed inside the property.
Guests must not engage in unlawful activities inside or outside the property.
🧹 Rule #4: Guests must clean up after themselves, including washing dishes and taking out the trash. Please take care of towels and linens. You may wash them during your stay or leave them for our cleaning crew upon check-out. Stained items will be charged.
🛋️ Rule #5: Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they found it, including furniture and appliances.
💲 Rule #6: There is a cleaning fee for the property.
🐾 Rule #7: Non-disclosure of pets will result in a non-refundable $200 fee.

Do not leave valuables unattended.
📶 Rule #9: Do not change the Wi-Fi username or password. Any violation will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
⏰ Rule #10: Check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please notify us if you need early or late check-in. Upon arrival, inspect the property and report any damage or issues immediately.
🐕 Rule #11: If you have a pet, please clean up after it. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.
🔥 Rule #12: Please close the propane tank after using the BBQ grill or fire table. (Disregard if not applicable.) Failure to do so may incur extra charges.
🚽 Rule #13: Only flush toilet paper and human waste. Other items may clog the toilet and result in penalties.
📺 Rule #14: Use your own streaming service credentials on the smart TVs. There is no cable or local channels.
♨️ Rule #15: No lotions, creams, makeup, or food in the hot tub. (Disregard if no hot tub.) Violations will incur a $50 fee.
📜 Rule #16: Guests are required to complete a secure registration and ID verification through our partner, Happy Guest, prior to arrival.

The property was as advertised, maybe even better. The property was very clean and the host very helpful and responsive. We will stay here again when traveling to the area.
Great neighborhood very nice property.Very communicative host. A very sweet maintenance man. Great park across the street. Close to all your shopping and food needs.
There were some problems with the condo we had reserved. Contacted the owners, they were very accommodating and moved us to a different rental.6450 Brentwood St. This home was clean, kitchen well appointed, beautiful back yard. Also had portable A/C unit in the living area and master bedroom ( who would have thought you would need that in Dec.?) Nice location, bed are comfortable, giant tv in the living room !would stay at this property again.
The place is exactly like the pictures shown. It seemed to be in a safe area. There is a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The property was clean and Ernest was great to work with. He was very on top of messaging me when I had questions. There is a washer and dryer which was very helpful because we were here for a soccer tournament. It is in a neighborhood so it was great being able to walk our dog every morning. Target and Walmart are very close plus several restaurants if needed. I would definitely stay again if we were there again.
