I travel a lot and rental houses can be hit or miss in some areas. This little carriage house is adorable. Very clean, well appointed, the bed is sooo comfortable, and it is walkable to everything in downtown. Downtown Ohio is a little gem! The amenities are so thoughtful; Laura is a great host. Clear instructions, prompt responses, lovely to work with! I’ll definitely try and stay again!

Weekend stay

Visiting relatives that live just outside of Delaware. It was a quick drive to them and then we had our own space at night which was very nice. Great location to downtown and very clean too. We will book again next time we’re in town!

Excellent facility close to OWU

The house was immaculate, lots of little helpful details as well, from a binder of information to items like toothpaste if you forgot your own, and snacks (which made my college student immensely happy). If anything was amiss, the property owner responded immediately. You can see Smith Hall from the porch so that was a huge plus! I wish check in was a bit earlier than 4 pm. We will definitely be back again.
