*Split floor plan with bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms and half bathroom outside for the pool access. 1 Master en-suite with a King size bed, smart tv and walk in closet, 3 bedrooms with Queen size beds. 1 smart tv in the living room.

*All bedrooms have new mattresses with luxury bedding and a high quality linen, down pillows and comforters (all hyper-allergenic bedding ).

*Out back fully fenced backyard with a gorgeous heated pool and an expansive patio with sectional and grill.

**Please NO "Disruptive or Unauthorized Events." We love our neighbors and I am happy that they are ok with us having an VRBO.

**NO street parking, NO parking on the grass. Thank you.

**Also being offered complimentary: Free parking on driveway for 4 cars plus 2 car garage space , Wi-Fi, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, beach toys for kids , inflatables for the pool and BBQ gas grill.

***VISITORS: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people (INCLUDED CHILDREN)
-Minimum age to book is 21 years old.
-Parties or events are not allowed.
-No ANIMALS

***NO SMOKING: no smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes inside, if we notice smoke odor or ashes residue inside the home, there will be an additional cleaning fee.

***Guest is responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by the guest or the guest's party during the stay. There will be fee for any damage.

***EATING & DRINKING: No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
-No glass in the pool area
-No food or drinks in the pool

***POOL: If you want the pool heated please inform 24 hours ahead of time as it takes some time to warm up.
Pool heating is available for an additional $30/day.

***TRASH DAY: Since Thursday is trash day, please take the trash and recycle bins to the curb before you leave.

***CHECKING OUT:
-Wash the dishes and load the dishwasher machine
-Gather used towels
-Gather used bed linen
-Throw out the garbage and take the trash and recycle bins to the curb before checkout.
-PLEASE Turn ALL lights off (Don't forget about the pool area and especially light inside the pool)
-Lock up all doors (BESIDES the one that located between garage and house).

* GRILL: We welcome every guests in using the BBQ grill and to have a good time, however remember to clean the grill after using it. It’s much easier to clean it right after, therefore, there will be an additional charge of $100 from the cleaning team if grills are left uncleaned. Thank you!
