Relax in this stunning and meticulously maintained 2500 sf. home located on one of the most beautiful and prestigious streets in Cape Coral, Savona Parkway.
The main living area has an amazing open floor plan with 4 spacious bedrooms (2 kings & 2 queens) all containing their own flat screen televisions and Wi-Fi throughout. The first master bedroom has an ADA equipped large walk in shower, 2 person tub and double sinks. House also has 2nd spacious master suite with access to pool area.
The glass multi slide patio doors open up to a beautiful screened in lanai area where you can relax in the amazing heated pool with a waterfall overlooking the canal. The fully equipped kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a large breakfast bar. The private dock and gulf direct canal give access to the Caloosahatchee River by boat in only 5 minutes. If you choose to rent a boat, you can cruise to Sanibel or Captiva Islands for a day in the sun. If you like to cook your own meals, feel free to catch your own fresh fish from your private dock located only a few steps from the kitchen.
This home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood located five minutes to the Yacht Club Marina and beach area. Multiple restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater and shopping centers are just a few minutes away, some even walking distance!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We love the location as it is close to grocery, FMB, and restaurants. The kitchen was extremely well stocked from spices to dishes to cookware. Beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and bicycles were offered for our use. The decor was lovely. Our communications with the host/property manager were quickly answered within minutes. Check in and out were much appreciated. Sadly, our attempt to reserve it for 2027, showed it was already booked. Highly recommended this home.
