With a south facing 30 ft pool and hot tub, this family villa comes complete with full air conditioning / games room with pool / air hockey and fuss-ball / a TV in every room and full linen and towels provided. (Optional pool heating is also available.)

For those with younger family there is a high chair, cot and stroller provided.

The extended covered area next to the pool deck provides an excellent opportunity for al-fresco dining all year round.

Everything onboard

This property was amazing. It had all utensils you could think of. The pool was nice and warm each day. The bedding was very comfortable and there was plenty of linen and bath towels. I recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy themselves and their family. Only negative thing is not enough parking at the property and overflow parking is quite a bit away from the property

This home is located about 30-45 minutes from most parks. Best part of this home is you can avoid Interstate 4 for all major places you're visiting!! Walmart is about 25 minutes away. There are a lot of schools near the home so be prepared to have to wait at crossings, speed humps and drive very slow (15-20 mph). You can't be in a hurry to leave anywhere. Nice neighborhood, felt safe. Loved the open backyard to pond. We had ducks & turtles greeting us daily. The home has a lot of bedrooms (5) but not a lot of gathering space. The kitchen table only seats 6 if you pull out the extenders. If it is nice outside, you can eat outside but if it is not nice there is not a large area to eat or gather together. The beds are firm. The pool is large, six feet deep at the deepest. Hot tub can fit 4-5 adults, but it is not a hot tub you sit on a bench, it is like a small pool about 3 ft deep where you sit in a circle all on the hot tub ground. Bring sandals for pool area, lots of tiny pebbles. The house has a lot of kitchenware; we were able to manage with what they had for meals at home. The management company was friendly & quick to come when we could not get the hot tub heat to work. Would return!
