4 bedroom Villa named 'Paradise Found' is located on a lake with privacy. The lanai has a south facing heated pool with ample area for lounging around it. The pool has solar heating which is free. The pool also has gas heating as a supplement during the winter which there is an additional charge for if you want it. . There are lots of birds and other wildlife to enjoy as the property borders on a conservation area. Imagine a location like this and only 20minutes from Disney!

The spacious master bedroom with a king size bed has a flat screened TV. It has an adjoining bathroom and sliding door to the pool area. A second bedroom features a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a. Queen size bed.

The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a new large flat screened TV with Netflix included. There is also a separate spacious living room which adjoins a large dining room for family meals. Both the living room and the family room have plenty of seating for all and both open to the screened pool area.

The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast bar for a quick meal or drink.

There is also a separate game room that has a pool table and ping pong table for family fun!

To top it all off there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The whole house is equipped with free hi-speed wireless internet (free wifi) to keep everyone in touch. The house also has central air conditioning as well as heating for year round comfort.

All in all this house is a perfect vacation getaway with an affordable price.

House is very comfortable! Has everything you need to have a good stay. Grocery, Walmart stores are quite a distance and a very busy road behind the house.

Disney getaway

Crescent Lakes was immaculate. The owner of the property was very accommodating to all our needs. My 9 y/o daughter enjoyed days in the pool and i enjoyed resting in the hot tub after walking miles around the disney parks. The property was a win win for my family and I. Thanks for a great time!!

A Simply Wonderful Rental!

There is so much good to say about this rental! We rented the house for a week for our Disney World honeymoon. It was so nice and private and quiet. The hot tub is amazing. The house was well stocked, the king bed is so comfortable and we just loved it. We look forward to coming back again.

Delightful villa

We had a wonderful week at this delightful, tastefully decorated villa. It was spacious, clean, orderly and all that we needed was provided. We loved spending time in the pool, which was exceptionally clean and well looked after. Owner communication was outstanding before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this villa.

Great Property and Stay!`

Stayed for 7 days on the property and everything listed was as is when we got there. We would stay here again. Travel times in Orlando are double the mileage so people need to take that into account. Neighborhood was peaceful and the pool was a big hit. Great property and would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful home, great host!

I recently stayed with my family in this beautiful home. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but still not too far from Disney. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and ping pong table during our down time. Perhaps the best part of the experience was the communication from the host. Maria was excellent, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable with whole process. We'll definitely be back!

This house exceeded our expectations.

The value for the price is amazing. It is located in a very beautiful and quiet residential area. There were no other tourists and vacationers next to us so it was peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were lots of other necessities like dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, clothes soap, garbage bags, and a ton of bath towels. The pool and hot tub were very clean. There is great cover over the patio which kept us out of direct sunlight and we enjoyed many hours there. There is also a lake in the backyard that treated us to some alligators and bird sightings. The parks were about a half an hour drive and the route was very easy. The bed sheets were soft and clean and the mattress was firm and comfortable. We really enjoyed our week there and would recommend this place for sure.

We spend two weeks in this property this August during our Florida adventure and we absolutely loved it. For two weeks this property was our house and we felt like we are at home. We were with 4 adults and 3 kids (teenagers). House is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The location is also fantastic. Not in the holiday park, but just between the locals. Maria (the landlord) is absolute star, professional and such a friendly person. We never really had any issues, but she from time to time checked on us and ask if everything is OK. Also big thank you to the boys who were taking care of the swimming pool, which was very important part of the house for our "teenagers". Even though we didn't spend a lot of time there (very busy visiting schedule), whenever we could we would spring there and it was always clean. Once again big thank you Maria for letting us stay in your beautiful house. Monika and the rest ♥

Great Stay

We had a great and comfortable stay here for our holiday vacation. There were 7 of us, but there was enough space for all of us to feel comfortable. We all loved the rec room in the garage! Great space for family time. The pool area is beautiful! and peaceful. The owner of the house was great! 10/10 on communication, which I appreciate a lot. She was always available, and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We went over Christmas vacation, and this year, as we all know, it was very cold in a lot of places across the country. So it was extremely cold for Florida. We were able to communicate with the owner, and she turned on the heater for the pool for us with no problem. The parks were not too far away. Some like to be very close to the parks, but that was not a top priority for us. She gave us a great recommendation for a breakfast spot (Woodsby's Cafe) which I too would highly recommend. Shops like Wal-mart, Aldi and Publix are close by as well. Overall we had a great stay, and I would recommend this lovely house to anyone. We look forward to coming back.

Quiet neighborhood

This house was over all good the pool was the best part of it!! But the longer we were there the more we realized that Like I read in another review the house smell so clean we we first got there but it was superficial cleaning..! There were dust bunnies over every door frame !! The bathtub was so dirty under the plastic mat , some of the silverware still had food on them, the cabinets were greasy, the vent on top of stove was so greasy there were food flies stuck to it!! We were also upset about the TV space only having one couch (which is not what the pictures show by the way ) there was no confortable way for all of us to sit and watch a movie together !! I didn't book other places for that reason the pictures she has up is not what the set up is in that room anyway. Also the whole thing about us having to take off the sheets and start a wash before we leave was a total inconvenience when you are trying to get everyone ready to get out by 10 am.

Best hostess and accommodations

This home beautiful. It was as described. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in at a rental. Maria was very accommodating. We had several last minute changes and she was able help us with everything. The kitchen is well supplied with plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware. She also supplies dish soap, dishwasher tablets and there are pleny of dish towels! Everything was clean There were plenty of pool towels, plus bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. She also has highchair, booster seat, pack n play and a stroller available. We paid to have the pool heated. It was worth it. There had been a lot of rain so the pool was cold. Once we had the heat turned on, it was great. The lanai is large enough to accommodate a big group. And there are pool noodles and beach balls. We needed to put the pool blanket on the pool each night to keep the pool warm. It was not difficult to do at all and it kept the pool warm, even with the colder weather. We also enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. Plus there are bikes to ride and other things to pass the time.

Very nice home, responsive host

House was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. It was just as described. The pool was chilly so we paid the extra 100 to have it heated. There was an issue with the dishwasher leaking, and the host addressed it promptly. Overall, it was a delightful trip!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I fell in love with Florida several years ago and we had been looking for a second home here. When we saw this house we knew it was the one for us right away. We love the feeling of being in a natural, nature filled, peaceful spot and we named the house 'Paradise Found'. I hope you will find it as inspiring as we did.
