This was by the far the best VRBO my family has stayed at! The condo was beautiful, clean, and stocked w/ everything you need (cooking utensils, paper towels, etc). The location was perfect, and Lucia was a fantastic host!

Chic Apartment in the heart of Chatham

We have a great stay at Lucia's home. The condo was very big for a single floor and had everything you'd need - there was even a crib for our baby (which we didn't realize ahead of time)! Lucia was very responsive and helpful with the check-in and check-out process and we would certainly stay here again. You cannot beat this location. Easy walk to the Squire, CBI, Oyster Pond, etc.

Very nice spot in center of Chatham

3 couples stayed a long weekend here. We really liked the location and the fact that it had 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Roof deck was super nice too but it was a bit too cold for us while we were there. A really nice, high-end condo in a great spot! WiFi was very slow. We could not figure out how to get the TV remote to work, so we couldnt navigate the TV to Netflix or other streaming apps.

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway!

We just spent a wonderful week at Lucia's beautiful condo! It is the ultimate location to experience all things Chatham. Being able to walk right out on Main Street was a treat as well as enjoying the July 4th parade from the balcony. The conveniece of the garage and all the included beach amenities was great. The inside of the condo was simply magnificent. All the finishes, decorations, furniture and comfy beds felt luxurious. All the kitchen appliances and kitchen ware made cooking and entertaining so enjoyable. Hanging out on the upstairs deck in the evening was so dreamy especially with the convenient gas firepit. We rented bikes for the week from Chatham Hood Bikes and took many fun rides around town including the Fisherman's Pier, Chatham Bars Inn, Lighthouse Beach and Oyster Pond. We highly recommend a vacation stay at Lucia's condo (just not for when we plan to book it again ). Thanks for everything Lucia. We will be back very soon!
