Brand New Construction-Ocean Views- Private Pool - Plenty of room for everyone!

7 Bedrooms each one with an en suite bath, smart TV's in every room. Ping pong table, outside bar with TV, screened in porch overlooking the heated pool. 2 full size laundry rooms, 2 car garage, an elevator for those that need it, AND ocean views. Location is key, great restaurants within walking distance, 2 grocery stores and a drug store less than a half mile away, 5 minute walk through the neighborhood to the beach(no stairs or dunes to climb, no highways to cross). We have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon for easy transport. Close to the Alligator Farm, the Lighthouse, and downtown. If your party is extra large ask us about our other property next door, we've been renting it for 14+ years with nearly 200 Exceptional reviews!!!

This was our 2nd annual 10-day stay at this property. Our 3 adult children and their families love the roomy accommodation, private pool, and proximity to the beach. Tiffany is a great host, very responsive to the few questions and minor issues we encountered during our stay.

The property was exactly as describe, bedrooms were very spacious and nice view from the balcony. Beach was about 1/4 mile of a walk but very durable. The only strange thing Was that the front door has clear glass and I felt everyone can look in. But over all the place is amazing. Would definitely book again.

This property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. There were 12 of us and the layout was great. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The Kitchen was well stocked and having two of all appliances was very nice. The Ping Pong table was great for all ages. The beach was an easy two block walk. The owner provided beach and pool floats/toys. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious house with gorgeous views of the beach and a fun pool. We loved our stay here. It was clean and comfortable! Extra bathrooms and laundry machines were a huge plus for a large group.

The home was just as listed. Very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. I was surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. Everything you will need is already there. They also have beach towels a wagon and even beach chairs available. The owners were very responsive. I had a great experience. The area is also nice with friendly neighbors.

This house was great for our needs. We had 14 people and 5 different couples. Each bedroom, besides one, had its own on-suite, and the bedroom that did not have the on-suite had a bathroom for it, just not attached to the bedroom. The kitchen was well-stocked, but look for the regular items in drawers, as the kitchen layout lacks wall cabinets. 2 dishwashers and a double refrigerator serve the upstairs, while an additional refrigerator is located in the basement, perfect for beverages. The house is new and clean, and the owner keeps the garages clear for rental vehicle use. The pool was great and access to the beach is easy, with a straight-shot residential road with no cross-traffic to navigate on the way to the beach access.
