This well appointed 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home is located on a boating canal so you can escape to a nearby island to chill out and relax or go a little further and enjoy world-class fishing in the Atlantic Ocean or Gulf. There is a 30' concrete dock for your boat and a screened in downstairs patio to tell all your fishing tales.
Nestled on Ramrod Key, this 28-day minimum vacation home is ideally situated for exploring the famous Looe Key Dive Reef, renowned for its incredible snorkeling and diving opportunities. Discover the vibrant marine life and breathtaking underwater scenery just minutes from your doorstep. The spacious master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom featuring a luxurious garden tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
Two additional bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for family or friends, while the second bathroom is conveniently located for guests. In the first guest bedroom, there are 2 twin beds and a dedicated workspace perfect for those needing to mix business with pleasure. There is a comfortable desk and ergonomically correct chair and large monitor to connect your laptop so the boss won't ever even know you are out of town. The second guest bedroom has a plush Queen size bed and large closet for all of your vacation wardrobe and luggage.
The beautiful, modern kitchen is fully updated and equipped with bar seating, making it a great space for cooking and socializing. The expandable dining room table comfortably seats up to eight people, ideal for family meals or entertaining guests.
Nearby attractions include Boondocks Grille and Drafthouse that even has Miniature Golf, a fun destination for the whole family with live music and great food. Looe Tiki Bar is a local favorite for drinks and live music too, while The Square Grouper Bar and Grill offers delicious meals in a vibrant setting. This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. Up to 2 well behaved small dogs permitted with Owner approval and payment of non-refundable fee pet of $150 per pet. Utilities are included within reason. Hot tub available with additional $500 fee/month. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected.
All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
