The place was a little hard to find as we didn't see the street sign name. The place was as pictured in the review. Glad parking was right in front. We couldn't connect the wifi and one of the the rooms it fekt like the floor would fall through. Glad to have had plenty of cookware to use. It was also close to plenty of food stores. I would stay again if I was in Porterville.

Porterville stay

While I was there, water heater went out and door lock was very uncooperative. The host was responsive and got both replaced. The only other issue was that I stayed while temperatures outside reached over 100 degrees. Even with circulation fans, the A/C wasn't enough. Needs insulation.

This guest never stayed at my place for one night, not even more than 15 minutes. They tried the AC and waited 10 minutes and felt it didn't work. The AC needs about 30 to 45 minutes to fill up the whole house.
