We are from Michigan and have been vacationing in Florida for many years. We decided to make it official and we purchased our home in Heritage Palms last year.
Why they chose this property
Heritage Palms is an extremely well-maintained community with 2 beautiful golf courses and 11 wonderful heated pools with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The main pool offers walk-up food and drink service.
The gated entry adds an extra level of security and the guards are friendly and helpful to your guests and deliveries. The neighborhood is so very nice with people going out of their way to help others. People are always out walking and jogging.
Management and Staff are always available and ready to assist when needed.
The Grill Room (Clubhouse Dining Room) serves excellent meals cooked to order, and prepared to your liking. Staff and Servers go out of their way to make your dining experience wonderful.
Fire Department is less than 1/2 mile away and shopping and restaurants are abundant and close by. Top Golf is 2 miles away, and other recreational areas are a few minutes away by car. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are about 30 minutes away (depending on time of year).

Our Villa is also our home away from home. We have taken the time to provide all the comforts of home for our guests. We have been renters as well, in the past, so we knew what amenities were important to guaranty a wonderful stay and experience.
