✦ Please ensure you have a valid ID for check-in, as it is mandatory for entry.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have access to the property and amenities according to the following schedule:

✦ Check-in is available from 04:00 pm.

✦ Public or shared fitness center open 24/7, available in the property.

✦ Outdoor shared pool available all year, opened from 8:00AM to 6:00PM.

✦ Paid parking lot, available for $10 per day.

There are several additional things to note:

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $200 per night refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ Pets are welcome with an additional charge of $75.00. Nightly fee additional $150 after 5 nights

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ Resort improvements from August–September 2025. Calusa restaurant will be closed. Dry Rocks remains open for all meals. Work will occur daily from 9am to 5pm in select areas.

✦ The required refundable security deposit is charged per unit, per night, on a
