The condo was very comfortable. Plenty of room and a great location. We had minimal disturbance from the construction. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by. Several times we saw dolphins and a manatee.

Great views

Great location if not staying on the beach. Easy access across the street. Easy check in and check out. Condo was spacious and great balcony views. Few places to walk to but probably will need to drive to restaurants. Note: nothing to do with the house nor my ratings as it was well known but just be aware of the construction as noted. Sun deck is off limits due to the resort construction and the hot tub was also out of service.

Positively Amazing!

We have stayed at many condos over the years and would rate this one at the top! The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness, Very much above average..just a few of the many pros…amazing balcony and inter coastal view, quick walk to the beach, warm salt water pool, clean pool and hot tub, condo building is very well looked after, nice neighbours, well stocked with towels, comfortable beds, nice to have a washer and dryer, very handy to have supplies to start and spices, etc. Would highly recommend, easy to book, very good communication, easy payment…cons…none!

Great condo! Excellent location and beautiful views from 8th floor. Easy walk across the street to beach access. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella were provided and a great perk. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and clean. Beds are comfortable. Balcony space was awesome. The only negative is the ongoing construction. Amenities were all open during our stay, but the jackhammering noise is pretty intense from 8am - 4pm Mon-Friday. It didn’t impact our stay too much, but did wake up everyone at 8:00am.
