Baan Poolom - Perfect 2 Bedroom 036
Baan Poolom is peacefully located on Hua Hin / Kao Takiab beachfront. The stunning white apartment building. Surrounded by several nearby amenities catered to meet you lifestyle. The unit has two beautifully maintained swimming pools. The 'Infinity Pool' with direct beachfront access and the 'Garden Pool' surrounded by the gorgeous frangipani trees. Both pools have comfortable sun- loungers , large umbrellas.
House Rules: no breakfast service
The company doesnt allow guest more than the capacity specified above
The guest has to pay a security deposit of 2,000 THB at check-in date and will be refunded at check-out date
Booking confirmation of 50% of total amount of the stay is non-refundable and date cannot be changed once booking is confirmed
Tenants are responsible for any loss and damage of the property
Check in 2 p.m. / Check out at 12:00 pm
Late check out can be request and will be charge the equivalent of 1 night stay.
