This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home was custom designed with vacation living in mind. Just steps from this home are the white sands of the crescent beach of Marco Island, not to mention a wide choice of fantastic restaurants, a four screen dine-in movie theater, ice cream parlor, shops, the Marco Island Art League, outdoor adventure rentals, miniature golf, as well as the many of the other entertainment options that Marco Island has to offer.


The heart of the home is an open great room, with a granite and stainless steel kitchen opening onto the covered lanai and screened-in heated pool. The interior design lends an atmosphere of casual beachside elegance, achieved by using colors from the sea, using a mix of new and vintage pieces, and adding a collection of one-of-a-kind artwork that adds to the tropical vibe.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a standup shower, and a soaker tub. There are two guest bedrooms: one with a queen sized bed, and the other with a set of twins. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs, and share a bathroom with a standup shower. Cable and Wi-Fi available.

Family Getaway

We loved the location! The house was nice but definitely need some updates and refresh! Also was not well stocked with stuff you would need for a week stay. I guess I am comparing it to other rentals we have been in but needs more kitchen utensils, kitchen linens and better beach stuff to name a few. Overall we had a great week and enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great time, second time there. Only thing was the grill didn’t work and the sliding big door didn’t open. Called for someone to fix it, but he didn’t show up. Otherwise very clean and pool was great!!! Will comeback!

Family Vacation

The house was lovely, but there was minor deferred maintenance that needed to be done. Vertical blinds on sliding doors were missing or broken, sliding door handle is missing on one door, there was no pool net to skim the pool clean, and no broom or vacuum to tidy up. One bedroom door locked on its own. Some basic kitchen essentials would be nice to have, like garbage bags, hand soap, and Tupperware for left overs. The house did have ample towels and beach gear, and the location was perfect! The pool was also very private which was perfect. Thanks for the memories! We had a great trip!

Location and Property were awesome!!!

We stayed here with our family of 5 and really enjoyed this property. It was clean and the floor plan was perfect. Having our own house with a pool was great. The privacy was perfect and the location to all of the restaurants, mini golf, and shopping was just a short walk. The access to the beach was just a short walk away too. We hated to leave, but had to come back to reality. We will definitely be back to Marco and this property again in the future!!!!
