About this property

This lovely home is a 3 bed 2.5 bath with a heated pool and a southern exposure. The living room is carpeted and has a leather sofa and love seat in the living room as well as an entertainment center with a 50" flat screen, stereo, CD, and DVD player. It also overlooks the pool and lanai area. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a large walk in closet. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower with a separate jacuzzi tub.
the guest bedrooms have a queen bed and twin beds respectively. The bedrooms and living room areas are carpeted, leaving the rest of the home with beautifully tiled floors accented with soft earth tone area rugs. The fully equipped kitchen has a pass through window to the lanai/pool area, making it fun and easy to have lunch or dinner out on the lanai. The pool area has a southern exposure which is very popular with most guests.

Great location

This is a great house. It was very clean and the location to the beach and restaurants was great. Our kids loved the pool. I would highly recommend this property.
