The Chef’s Kitchen: Outfitted with premium KitchenAid appliances, custom cabinetry, and a wine fridge—perfect for prepping a riverside feast.

The Living Area: A bright, airy space featuring a cozy wood-stove and panoramic views of the water.

The Bedrooms: Rest easy in our primary suite or the cleverly curated second bedroom, featuring a Full-size bed and a Twin daybed with a trundle (sleeping 4 comfortably).

The Spa Bath: Refresh in the custom floor-to-ceiling tile shower after a day on the river.

Outdoor Living: 300 Feet of Private Shoreline
The true magic of RiverTime Escape happens outside. With 300 feet of private frontage, you won't be sharing your sunset with anyone but the local eagles and our famous local albino deer.

Private Dock & Pier: Bring your boat! We offer a private slip and easy access to the river.

Adventure Gear: Use our included swim mat for a day of floating, or inquire about our paddleboard rentals to explore the shoreline at your own pace.

The Screened Sunroom: Enjoy the sights and sounds of the river without the wind. It’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee or a rainy-day board game.

Sunset Fire Pit: End your night at the riverside fire pit. We provide the s'mores kit; you provide the stories.

A Note on Your Comfort (Nature & Pests)
To ensure you can fully enjoy the 1.5 acres, we invest in professional seasonal mosquito treatments. While this significantly reduces pests and makes the yard much more enjoyable, please remember we are in a natural river setting—it is not a "bug-free" zone. We provide a "Bug Station" with extra repellent and candles to keep your "River Time" relaxing.

You are minutes away from world-class golf at SentryWorld and the dunes of Sand Valley. For local flavor, boat over to The Sandbar, a famous double-decker floating bar on the river, or visit O’so Brewing for artisan pizza and craft sours.

Relaxation on the river

We had a great week. Our 5 year twin grandsons had a blast fishing and playing at the river. The cabin is clean and well appointed with everything you need. Adults were able to relax and enjoy the quiet calm and some nice sunsets too! Hosts made sure we had all we needed and offered some little extras that made our stay.

This family lake home is beautiful, nicely designed, fully equipped, and super clean. While the fish were not biting (at least not on my bait), birding was phenomenal. There’s so much to do on this property. We will be back, if you will have us! Thank you Lindsay and Dave!
