The place is in a great location near the Ocean Casino. It is clean, and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Also, the host was always in contact and they include parking. Overall a great stay.

You are only allowed to communicate via the portal. They refuse to call you or talk on the phone unless it's an emergency. Door key pad didn't work. So we used the box key lock to get the physical key out to use for our stay. Apparently, the cleaning crew has not been putting the correct code for the key lock box, and we're able to get the key out. We only figured this out upon leaving because we couldn't get the key lock box to lock. That's when this company refused to call me. I didn't want to leave the key in an unlocked box. But, I guess they just don't care about that. So, we were very disgusted that we couldn't speak to someone. Never going to stay again. Customer service is KEY for me. Refusing to call me is just BAD business. God only knows if we would have had something more important to ask, we would never gotten a hold of them. What about older people that can't communicate via phone chat. This is a Horrible setup.
