Spectacular ocean views from this 4th floor end condo. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, tile floors, washer/dryer, gourmet kitchen and great views from almost every room in the condo. Unit has custom Sicilian tile throughout by famous artist Sergio Furnari and Jacuzzi tub in the huge master bathroom. Original art is featured throughout the condo it's a great place for artistic inspiration. The comfortable beds are one king, 3 queen beds, and three full bathrooms.

The property has two swimming pools fronting the ocean and surrounded by plush grass. If golf is your game, Charleston is blessed with an abundance of fine courses. Historic downtown Charleston is 15 minutes away. Or you can park your car and let the vibe of Folly relax you. Perfectly okay to spend the entire day at the beach and never have to get in the car or put shoes on. Everything you need is steps away.

Sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins play is the ideal way to start and end a day here. Sunsets from the terrace can be spectacular and even thunderstorms can take your breath away from this viewpoint 5 stories over the beach. The nightlife and restaurants of Folly Beach are two blocks away. Very safe low crime area perfect for kids and seniors. 2 elevators, wheelchair friendly.

Fun with family at Folly

We met with family at the condo for A vacation in Folly and wedding in charleston. What a beautiful property, everything was very clean, and beds were super comfy, Tom was great to communicate with and the whole ck in process was easy,. The description was perfect , the views from The condo are amazing, And all the shops and restaurants are a very short walk away. There is a grocery store close by, and the unit was stocked with plenty of utensils and pots and pans for us to cook with. The view of the beach and Sunsets are amazing from the unit. I cannot say enough about how amazing this unit is or the beauty of Folly We took a uber to Charleston walked around and had a great dinner , there Sadly we had to head home, but we cannot wait for our next stay at Toms place

Nice Property, Great View

Really nice condo and a friendly, responsive owner. We had 4 couples, all family, with plenty of room. We were on the 4th floor, corner place, with a spectacular view, right on the beach, within walking distance to downtown Folly Beach. Historic Charleston is just minutes away.

You cant beat the views....and the location in Folly! We never moved our car once we parked! The deck was wonderful! We weren't there in pool season but they looked great. The condo is filled with art! There was some construction being done while we were there..but hopefully that will be completed soon. We hope to come back.

Great time on Folly Island

Great location. Within walking distant to great food and nightlife. Ocean view was awesome and even saw dolphins and pelicans. Space was great for our family group.

This trip is about you and your family and I've tried to create a place for memories year after year. Connect with your inner child, take off your shoes, unplug everything, get in the water, feels the sand, feel the wind, watch the sunrise, observe the formations all around you and collect a few shark teeth or shells to remind you how beauty surrounds us on this planet, especially here.

This property sits in a unique spot that appears to be hovering over the Atlantic Ocean from 5 floors up. There are very few places you can get this vantage point of beach, sky and ocean, not to mention the stars and shooting stars almost every night. You can witness the ocean 's beauty and splendor while absorbing the positive ions coming from the surf which will alet your feelings of well being in a positive way if not inducing actual euphoria. The condo is great but the nature that surrounds it is beyond great is what we are trying to say. Modern life does not afford us many opportunities to appreciate nature in a childlike way. Here, indulge your inner child and see how great it feels.

The solitude and tranquility of this top floor end unit are unmatched anywhere. If you are looking for a party vacation look elsewhere this place is a place of tranquility, reflection and solitude. You hear nothing but the waves and birds and it is easy to fall into the rhythm of nature in a way you may never have experienced before. Connect with nature, the sea, the sand and the stars, put your smartphone away, don't check your e mail and go connect with nature. Jump in the ocean, ride a wave, communicate with a starfish, pick up a hermit crab, make eye contact with a dolphin, you will never forget your experience here that is why 80% of our guests come back.
