Great 3BR, 3BA Beachfront condo. Full kitchen, 2 Pools, Elevator, 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. Steps away from the water's edge. Restaurants, quaint shops, and Fishing Pier within walking distance. Each bedroom has private bath. One king bed, one queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a double sleeper sofa. Beautiful master bedroom overlooks ocean and has Jacuzzi, 2 sinks, and separate shower. Bright and airy kitchen and living area overlooking the ocean. Balcony spans accross the ocean side of the unit with entrances from the master bedroom and living area. 52 inch flat screen HDTV, DVD. Air conditioning, dish washer, washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful furnishings. Gorgeous sunsets over the Fishing Pier in the afternoon. A great place to kick back and enjoy all that Folly has to offer. Free WiFi and cable tv. Tile and carpeted floors. Stone kitchen counter tops. Table and chairs on balcony for relaxing and beach watching. Beautifully maintained fenced grounds with private gate. Two parking spaces on grounds available. Beautiful pool on each end of complex overlooking the ocean. Private entrance from pool to steps down to beach. Lifeguards on beach during summer months. Enjoy swiming, surfing, jet skis, parasailing, and fishing.

The beach was amazingly close to the unit which was tremendously convenient for our family. The beach town is so charming, with so many restaurants in walking distance. We had an amazing vacation on Folly Beach this year!

Folly Beach

Beautiful, sparkling clean condo steps from the beach and all kinds of excellent restaurants!A short drive to Charleston in less than half an hour! We loved the balcony which is much bigger than it appears in the photos and is totally private. Parking was also great.

Great place to stay

Perfect location to restaurants and shops. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean was our highlight and great place to relax. Not a far walk to the beach access and pool. Everyone enjoyed their stay and would recommend.

Great vacation spot!!

This is the second time staying in this unit. Location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping are just a few steps away. Charleston is about a 10-15 minute easy drive. Property is always clean!!

Awesome location on the beach. Kids loved having the option of pool or beach. Easy walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Condo has all the basics that you need.

Great location to town. Place was clean and just like pictures. Outside is old but inside is fine. Just be aware twin beds are short. Great time in Foley Beach with friends and family!

Wonderful stay on Folly

Unit as pictured. Very comfortable space with all needed amenities provided. Fantastic view of beach, pier and sunrise. Great location with easy access to the main strip (Center St) on Folly. Easy commute to Charleston (~ 20 commute during slow season -we stayed in late March). Host, Susan, very friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

The property was exactly as advertised. A very practical layout for bringing my 2 young kids. Two bedrooms in the front of the unit allowed them to sleep peacefully while my wife and I enjoyed the balcony. The location is perfect and the owners were very responsive. I will definitely book this place for my next trip.

Unbelievable view!

My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and two young granddaughters went on a very rainy Thursday and left on Sunday. We all agreed that we didn't want to go. The first thing that hits you when you walk in is the ocean view! It's breathtaking! The condo was clean, the beds comfortable, and there were so many nice touches that made our stay so enjoyable. We all are looking forward to going back and do so hope we can get this condo again! Thank you Susan for everything.

Great stay

We are a group of 3 college friend couples that have been traveling together for years. This condo was perfect for our stay. Susan was very quick to respond to all of my questions before our stay. We had no need to contact Susan after we arrived as everything was as described. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms sufficient, kitchen well supplied and the living area was spacious. The only thing lacking was a table on the spacious and comfortable balcony. Paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and hand soap were supplied as were a few garbage bags. The neighborhood seems very safe and we were able to walk to a couple of great restaurants and stores. Grocery stores and Walmart are within an easy 4 mile drive. We would definitely stay here again if our travels brought us back to the Charleston area. Thank you Susan!

Best Beach Experience Ever!

The location of this villa is perfect and the unit itself is as well. The photos of the unit in the listing are spot-on. It is well appointed and clean as a whistle. Kitchen is well equipped and all appliances were in perfect working order (always nice to have a washer and dryer handy). The master BR king mattress was incredibly comfortable. The balcony is huge and has plenty of sturdy chairs for everyone, so gazing at the sea after a day at the beach or touring about is a real pleasure. Covered parking, along with the carts and elevators, made the move-in and move-out process relatively quick and painless. The two swimming pools, even during the summer season, were uncrowded and crystal clear. The old real estate maxim of Location, Location, Location describes this property very well. Folly Beach restaurants and local attractions are but a short walk away. Charleston is an easy 20 minute drive, and there are three full-service grocery stores within 5 miles. Folly Beach is loaded with funky charm.........we were looking at Isle of Palms and Kiawah and, fortunately, stumbled across Susan's listing. Lucky us! I highly recommend Folly Beach generally and Susan's villa specifically to anyone who is looking for a great vacation in the Charleston area. She is easy to work with and I hope we get a chance to return! Thanks, Susan, for a wonderful vacation experience! You made 3 generations of our family very happy!

Overall a great location/property- some negatives outside owners control such as beach renourishment going on 24 hours in front of property and some outside work on the complex just down from the unit we were in blocking access to one of the elevators

I grew up in Charleston and my Grandmother owned a beach house and spent most of my summers at the beach with many cousins. I went off to college and brought my husband back to Charleston with me. We live on James Island and have three children who grew up on James Island with frequent trips to Folly. They all swam, surfed and relaxed on the beach every chance that they could. They are all married now and my Grands are enjoying the wonders of Folly now!!

Why they chose this property

It is on the site of the old boardwalk where my Grandmother's house used to be. It is convenient and as close to the water as is possible.

What makes this property unique

Standing in the living area and kitchen and looking out, it makes me feel like I am on a ship because all that I see is the ocean.
