Was a great house, clean, well supplied, very close to Ivy Branch trails, plenty of parking for trucks with trailers and side by sides. Host was very fast at responding, and made the stay perfect.

We stayed here to ride Ivy Branch and Big Coal trail systems and it worked great for that.Everything about the property was great except there wasn't a washer and dryer.

Peace and Quiet

This place was absolutely perfect for our 2 day dualsport motorcycle adventure. It was super close to lots of fun trails and backroads. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Even the wife liked it!!

Great parking for trucks and trailer. Beautiful house with everything you will need. Just bring your machines, food and your in for a great weekend.
