Enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset from the private 20-foot deck overlooking the lake. Community amenities include a heated pool, tennis courts, and a covered pavilion with grilling area. Minutes from Siesta Key Village, you'll have easy access to boutique shopping, dining, and live entertainment. Please note: this second-floor unit requires climbing stairs.

Important things to note:
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Commercial Trucks, Trailers, Boats, and Motorcycles are NOT allowed on property grounds.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.
