Hello. I'm from Virginia Beach, a Coast Guard military veteran, and active handyman that works on homes. Originally I shared a room for guests as a host and now I host entire completely renovated homes with a mid-century style I design myself. I love karaoke and playing music. Why they chose this property
This home originally was a true ugly house and I completely transformed it. Just ask any neighbor on the street. I love the area for its convenience to the ATC, shopping, downtown Roanoke & Bedford, and quick commute on the Blue Ridge Pkwy. The home is on top of Porter's Mountain. The valley points to Otter Peaks Mountain. The front of the home faces towards Roanoke and sits in the Blue Ridge mountains.
What makes this property unique
It's right in the Blue Ridge mountains. It's very easy to get to by car during any season. The roads are always maintained. It's easily accessible of Hwy 460.
