Master bedroom king size bed and large master bath with shower and garden tub. Two bedrooms, with queen beds . All bedrooms have walk in closets. Full bath with tub and shower in hall. Family room and eat in kitchen combination with stainless steel appliances and cathedral ceiling. Laundry room with washer and dryer furnished. Full walk out finished basement with ground level patio. Great room with propane gas stove and game room with pool table. Second master bedroom with full shower bath, king size bed.

What a view!

Our stay in this beautiful home in Bedford was absolutely perfect. It sits on a quiet road with beautiful views of the mountains, is fully furnished and stocked and is very spacious. Our family of 7 adults couldn’t have been happier. We all wished we had taken more time off from work to stay longer.

Beautiful location!

This was a wonderful stay with a beautiful view. The home feels very rural, but only minutes from downtown Bedford, grocery stores, restaurants, and amenities. Preston and Judy were extremely helpful and gracious as hosts. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect View

Beautiful home with few steps and perfect view of mountains. Elderly mother traveled with us and she enjoyed her time just relaxing and looking at the views. Would not hesitate to come again and suggest to others.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay in Bedford! The house is convenient to Peaks of Otter and many other attractions in the area. The view of the mountains is amazing. Preston and Judy were very friendly and great hosts. We hope to be back soon!

Great!

I traveled with my husband and 4 kids (11-18). The house was clean and everyone had their own bed We had everything we needed during our stay. The location was great to go in several directions for different activities. The D-Day Memorial is a must-see in Bedford. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Wonderful house in a great location

We loved our stay here. Our family has rented houses in different locations over the last few years and this was one of the nicest and well equipped houses we stayed in. The owners were so nice and made sure everything was good. The location was quiet, peaceful and relaxing but close just a few minutes from Beford and the grocery story. It was alsi very easy to get to Roanoke from here. We would definitely book this house again.

We really enjoyed our family vacation.

The house is very spacious and clean. We loved the views from the front porch and really enjoyed seeing the deer every night in the backyard around dusk. Preston & Judy, thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedules to make us feel welcome and at home. We really enjoyed chatting with the both of you as it made our trip extra special.

Beautiful View

We loved our stay. My husband and I took our three grandchildren on vacation and the house had plenty of space for all of us. The downstairs has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and full living room so the grandchildren loved staying in their own space. The house had every amenity you could need and was clean and comfortable. The view of the mountains from the front porch is breathtaking. We met the owners and they were very nice and hospitable. We will be staying here again.

Stunning Mountain View

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We appreciated the cleanliness and convenience to restaurants and attractions. The view of the sunset from the porch included a view of the stunning mountains. The owners were welcoming and stopped to make sure we were comfortably checked in. I would definitely recommend this home if you are in the area.

Perfect Wine Weekend

Eight of us rented the house for a wine trip through the Bedford area for a weekend. It was the perfect setting for our group. The kitchen was big enough for all of us to cook together. The beds were comfortable, easy communication, and there was plenty of room. The only issue we had was that some of our group wanted to watch the final four basketball games and some did not, and there is only 1 tv. A small price to pay for a wonderful weekend!! Thanks so much for hosting us!

Excellent hosts and home!

We really enjoyed our stay. When I go somewhere and it feels like home away from home you know it’s a great place. The view was amazing. I could sit on the front porch all day. Judy and Preston were amazing hosts. I have never had a host come over and introduce themselves and check on us. We were excited to get to talk to Preston again the day before we left. The home is decorated lovely and each room is comfortable. There is an abundance of kitchen supplies including seasoning! So if you are cooking you are set! Can’t wait to go back!

Quiet get away with a beautiful mountain view

We stayed for two nights. The goal of our visit was a gathering of old friends from some decades ago. This location fitted our bill perfectly. If not for injuries of one of our companions, we probably would’ve gone hiking in the area or something like that. However, our main purpose was getting together for conversations and such. Nearby Bedford is a small town, so this area is not generally for those who are looking for a big time on the town. We were not looking for that, so it worked out very well for us. This house is very well set up with at least five regular beds of queen or king size, not to mention other sleeping arrangements. Generally speaking, plenty of pots and pans and such for cooking, as well as an outdoor gas grill. Our interactions with the hosts were professional, and enjoyable when in person. Facilities and location were greatly appreciated!

This was a great stay for our family traveling from different states to attend a baby shower. This home offered us beautiful views and a great place to relax together and make more memories. It was what we hoped for. In the end only 4 people stayed there and we now think it could hold 10. Lots of bathrooms closets, internet connection, condiments in the frig, etc. The managers/owners visited with us twice and they live across the road.
