Family Oasis only 200 metres from the lovely beach.
Great chalet invites to relax with family and friends at only 200 metres from the wonderful beach of La Barrosa, a unique location on Cadiz's coast.
The shady plot offers plenty of space to relax in front of the villa and at its back, next to the pool, with terrace, dining area, bar and outdoor fridge.
The new kitchen is completely equipped with two electric grills available. There is also an installed traditional charcoal bbq next to the pool.
Ample lounge dining room with air conditioning. Both bathrooms are refurbished with walk-in showers. Parking space for several vehicles on the plot.
Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are very close and offer a variety of choices.
The shady plot offers plenty of space to relax in front of the villa and at its back, next to the pool, with terrace, dining area, bar and outdoor fridge.

I've been living here since 1999 and I really love the area, walking on the beach or in the saltmarsh. There are all kinds of sports facilities, too.
The local gastronomy is fantastic and there is plenty to discover.

Why they chose this property
La Barrosa area can get busy in summer. There is a good restaurant just opposite and other ammenities are also very close. However, Playa Pino is located at the end of a strip of bars and restaurants and not in its centre. Therefore it is really enjoyable there.
What makes this property unique
Being so close to such a fantastic beach is unique. Also coming home from it, having a shower and then jump in the pool to cool down is simply great. Later, after relaxing, having a barbecue with the family next to the pool at the dining table outside, could be another unforgettable moment.
