This home specializes in family fun which comes complete with games and a smart TV that allows streaming with all your favorite apps (Netflix, Apple TV, Youtube, etc)!!!

From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable, beach inspired living room, to the four stylish bedrooms, this home has everything you will need. Your family will be steps away from the beach and the boardwalk! So whether you want a nice relaxing day on the sand or an entertainment filled day on the boardwalk, there’s something for everyone.


KITCHEN/DINING
Our fully stocked stainless steel kitchen has everything you will need to make endless delicious meals. From your basics such as; utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans to specialty items such as; a blender, food mixer, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker and cutting boards, you will have everything you could ever need!


BEDROOMS:
☀ Bedroom 1: A serene master retreat with a luxurious KING bed and ensuite with shower/tub.
☀ Bedroom 2: A tranquil, beach inspired room with a comfortable queen bed sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub.
☀ Bedroom 3: A peaceful, beach inspired room with a queen bed sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub.
☀ Bedroom 4: “The ultimate fun room for children! A bunk bed with a twin and a trundle bed underneath and TV with streaming for fun!


OUTDOOR AREA:
Our outdoor area provides a spacious bench and table, perfect for family meals out in the cool ocean breeze.



GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to this entire luxury home, as well as the outdoor space!


TV/STREAMING
The living room, kids room and master bedroom in our home have a Smart TV that you can access to stream all of your favorite apps, such as NetFlix, Amazon TV, Apple TV, Youtube, etc. Please make sure to bring all of your login credentials for your entertainment pleasure. We do not provide cable TV.


PET-FRIENDLY
We love to provide a welcoming place for your family pet. We accept all pets as long as we are notified in advance and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 is received. The pet fee will cover up to 2 pets for the duration of your stay with us. We do request that all pets are not allowed on beds and furniture, this will help to avoid any additional cleaning fees. In addition, all pet waste must be disposed of promptly in the garbage cans outside.


NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We ask all guests to please treat our home as their own. Parties and events are not allowed in our home. If any guests are found to be hosting a party or event, all guests will be evicted from the home and no refund will be given.


SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside of the home. If any evidence of smoking or vaping is found, extra cleaning fees will be charged to remove the odor from fabrics, air ducts and furniture.


OCCUPANCY
The maximum house occupancy is 10. If we discover you have went over the maximum house occupancy, you will be charged an additional $100 per day, per guest.

We had a lovely time! We so appreciated all the thoughtful little "extras" like the beach toys and chairs and the laundry pods. Everything was beautiful and welcoming. The location was not too far from the beach and was easily doable with 5 kids, 10 and under! 6 out of 5 stars - my 4 year old told me she would miss the house and all the things in it. Thank you for being home away from home!

Cute & Cozy

Excellent location very close to beach (walking distance and food options). Not a huge living room but cozy and up-to-date. TVs only in the living room and children's room. Beware of the stairs if traveling with seniors or littles. Nice size beds and bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable.

Great stay!

This property was a great choice for 3 families attending a track meet weekend. We had rooms for parents and a bunk room for the siblings. We were able to walk to many local restaurants. The beach and boardwalk were maybe a 10 minute walk. The property was clean and nicely decorated.

Perfect beach getaway with an amazing host!

We had an amazing stay at this charming 4-bedroom beach house in Myrtle Beach! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The house was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials including strong WiFi and great air conditioning.A special thanks to Evelyn, our host—she was incredibly prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Her quick responses and thoughtful communication made everything smooth and stress-free.It was the ideal spot for our family getaway, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The property is nice and clean, and very close to the beach and local activities. My only complaint is that there is no dining table inside the house. When it’s raining or too hot to eat outside, all eight of us couldn’t sit down properly to eat. Also, the four high chairs are quite wobbly and unstable.

A great house in a great location

I stayed in the house with my wife and 7 year old along with another family. The house was clean, modern, nicely decorated and well equipped. The location was great, situated a couple of blocks back from the beach, meaning we could just pop back to the house to grab things. I had to contact Evelyn (the owner) a couple of times with questions and she responded promptly. To conclude, I would thoroughly recommend booking this house!

Heart of the Beach

Property manager was easy to communicate with., and she made reservations a breeze. Everything was very clean and location was a plus. Only a few minutes to the beach and boardwalk. We all had a great time. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with us.

MB golf trip

4 of us in town for a little golf outing. House was in a great location; 3 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from a Starbucks and dining options within walking distance.. House was perfect w/4 BR's, nice kitchen. Using the Roku TV system was a little hard to figure out. Only issue we had is our last morning the keypad to enter failed to work. The owner could not have been more sympathetic as we were getting worried (actually called a locksmith) about missing our flights home. She got us in and apologized profusely. I would return to this property again.

Everything was good except we didn't realize until the day before that there were so many stairs to get into the unit. We had one person in particular who had a very difficult time. The other thing that was missing was a table. Unfortunately, we had a great deal of rain and we didn't have enough comfortable for all 6 people and we couldn't play cards or any other game. There was nowhere to play. Maybe a folding table could be added.

Could be nice, with a few changes.

Very nice house and very clean. However, the only tvs are in the living room and the one bedroom with the bunk beds. Would have been nice to have tvs in all the bedrooms. Furniture is inadequate in the living room to accommodate the number of people that it sleeps. Also, no dressers in the bedrooms or enough hangers. There should also be a way to lock the door from the inside because too easy to break in. House is not located in the safest area. With these few improvements, would recommend staying here. The house is very conveniently located to the beach and to everything in Myrtle Beach.

Things i noticed needed attention the rugs are very dirty and smell bad. The bedroom on first floor one being the worse. The walls were very dirty. Worst being kitchen and going upstairs. And hallway walls coming into the house. 3 of the 4 bar stools are very wobbly. Maybe just need tightened. Vertical blind missing a piece. The foot stool in living room seam is ripping out on bottom. The washer works but something doesn't seem right with it . The king bed upstairs is sagging in the middle so was hard to sleep on. Garbage bins were full when we got there so we didn't have one for most of the stay. Garbage disposal button only works sometimes.

Very nice, new ,updated & clean, total of 8 condos in culdesac most were empty during our stay we had great contact with host who responded immediately when contacted throughout our stay.The property wasnt in the greatest of areas was my only concern, the 3rd day there when we returned from dinner as we backed into driveway, a person came down the stairs of the property and went around to back of house, we noticed him out back with a grocery cart with his belongings? My wife took a pic We assummed he was homeless?? We contacted the host who had a camera at top of stairs where front door is and she was very surprised to hear that and said thay she never had anything like that happen before after.looking at video she confirmed that someone was at top of stairs at door with back turned towards camera lookwd like he was smoking. She assured us that she looked to see if there was an other events that could have occured since are arrival When we were in the house or out for the evening and confirmed nothing else had happened . When we walked up stairs there was a strong smell of Marijuana in which we found a partial joint on sill of window at top of stairs. Needless to say we were on edge and very observant of our surroundings the rest of our stay. there was never another occurance, other than that we enjoyed our stay.
