Rainbow’s Breeze is a comfortable, Environmentally Responsible, 1 bedroom apartment located toward the East End of Roatan, on the North Shore.

This large 600+ square foot apartment with 10' ceilings is a walk-out to a large Screened in, covered deck and spa/plunge pool (shared with owner and 1 other rental). Inside the fully furnished apartment is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room and kitchen with a full size refrigerator, gas stove and drinking water. A queen bed, large shower with grab bar, (with instant hot water). No power outages, full solar power with battery system provides whole house protection.

Everything you need is included in the rental price: Fast WiFi Internet, TV, Electric is included for 1 week rentals, (except A/C*). Nice breezes year around so A/C is generally not needed.

Included is the use of the washing machine once a week for monthly rentals. Drinking water is provided by a Seagull water filter (no chemicals) for water with a special faucet on sink - no need to buy or haul water.

*Even though electric is provided by Solar panels at Rainbows Breeze, usage of the A/C units are powered directly from the electric company. The cost of electric is very high on Roatan. $.38-.42 cents per kwh (including all taxes). This is why there is an additional charge for Air Conditioning in the bedroom and living room .

This apartment is located toward the eastern areas of the island with mostly dirt/gravel side roads. You will need to rent a vehicle .

East End has a lot of Activities which can range from Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, fishing, Sailing on a catamaran or just Suntan with food and drinks by the pool. Further East are more beaches at Paya Bay and Camp Bay.

Longer term rentals are welcome.
