Salty sands

Salty sands unit was a great place to spend my summer vacation at. We enjoy staying in ocean city. out of all my times there this was by far the best experience. Great location to the beach and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was excellent with very easy access to the beach. However, there were a few issues that affected our comfort, especially with our 9‑month‑old. The floors hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival, so our baby couldn’t crawl around as we had hoped. There was also pet hair on the bed and sofa. The washer and dryer were too small to wash the comforter, and one of the sinks was a bit clogged. The toilet seats were worn and could use replacing. With a deeper cleaning and a few updates, this could be a great rental.

Great spot by the beach!

Place was perfect for our group. Nice big balcony with a good view of the water. Easy parking. Comfy beds. Well furnished. The only thing I wish they’d had were some basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt & pepper, etc. But overall is was a very pleasant stay.

The place although listed as ocean block is closer to the street than the ocean. It is an updated place with an updated kitchen & nice balcony. However, bathrooms are dated. When we arrived, we were not able to find our 2nd parking space; I messaged the manager to let them know with no message. Turns out repairs to parking garage were going on. If they didn't know of the repairs, they could've acknowledged my message.
